Don't bother going here for the Raptors 'Score a Slice' promotion. The manager will claim one of the following excuses: 1)... Scanner is broken (and will refuse to manually type the code, even though their POS system is set up for it) 2) They are soldout of pepperoni and cheese slices for the day 3) You must show a physical ticket (all Raptors tickets are virtual now in theTicketmaster app) 4) They are too busy to make pepperoni and cheese slices, but can sell whole pizzas only 5) This location isnot participating in the promotion, even though Terms & Conditions on the website state all GTA locations are participating. 6)The promotion is only eligible at lunch time. I may have missed an excuse or two, but the ones above are their main go-to's.Not sure what the point of this promotion is if the franchise owner refuses to honour it, and are willing to lie to customers. Update: food arrived about ten minutes after the review. It was hot and tasty, so I've updated my review to reflect that. The... didn't give us the sauce we ordered, but we didn't realize this until we got back to our hotel room. I appreciate the automatedmessage asking us to email them to make it right, but since none of us live within 500km of a Pizza Pizza it is hard to imaginewhat could be done. I'll update this review when I find out though. We've been waiting over an hour to get pizza and wings whilepeople who ordered after us got their large order. No stars for the food since we still haven't received it, but the fire alarmblasting for half the time we've been here has been a "treat." Read more

This place really does not reflect the usual quality of customer service that other Pizza Pizza locations offer. Even to get a... slice of pizza to-go, it might take 10-15 minutes to wait in line and by the time they heat it up, the pizza slice is handed toyou and it's gotten cold. Would not recommend this location. Read more

Really low standard. Staff don't have the knowhow of Customer Service. Get ready to get an angry stare and get shouted if you... have a question. I saw a staff member who had to sneeze. He was good to sneeze on the side and not on the pizza, but he handledthe same box he sneezed on to a customer. Pathetic. I wanted to question them, but they rudely asked me to stay in the linequietly. WOW!!! Also their pizzas are not done properly, they don't have sauce/cheese on the outer 2 inches, which makes nopoint. But I'm not expecting anything good from them. This is Canada, and these guys need to be trained how to behave withpeople in general. Read more

This time I went to this location the pizza wasn't hot at all and I have been before and the slice was so good. The pizza... wasn't that fresh and not in the oven Long enough. I find it appalling that customers are not able to use the bathroom evenafter purchasing somthing. LIKE they have chairs to dine in so we should be able to use the restrooms. They have had out oforder signs for at least 2 years and it's not right. Read more

As this is a touristy area, if you're thinking of trying pizza pizza for the first time dont expect much. Like many (probably... most) people I know, pizza pizza is commonly considered bottom barrell when it comes to delivery/take out pizza chains. Thatbeing said, sometimes the craving for that garlic dip hits and an order needs to be made. This location does a good job withpreparation and delivery was quick. Read more

Ordered a slice and in less then 15 seconds it was handed to me, and as I walked out realized it was cold, went back and... mentioned that and they argued and put another slice in the oven. Asked how long a slice is usually in and the associate Rajsaid normally it is put in for 20-30 seconds for optimal temperature. Waited and timed and the slice was in there for 56seconds. The same associate said " Is this good? Are you happy now? ", I asked for the recipt and I walked out and called PizzaPizza Customer Service. I explained the issue and decided to go back in for a refund while on the phone with CS. In there it wasa huge hassle for the refund. The same associate Raj and apparently a manager who was older, also named Raj, argued with mesaying " you got your slice, what's the issue? " while I was on the phone with CS. I explained the issue and had to argue withanother middle-aged woman who refused to give her name and complained that I was causing issues. They finally gave my receipt and refund although in cash and I had to argue to get my receipt back to just take a picture of the refund and receipt. I'venever had this kind of issue with a Pizza Pizza before, I am absolutely stunned at the way they treated customers. Even as I waswaiting in line to discuss the issue they constantly berated customers about hurrying up and cutting them off mid-order. Therewas another person behind the counter in a white dress shirt with some sort of pattern whom I assume was the manager/owner andas soon as he saw me arguing he left the front counter towards the back. I cannot begin to explain how I feel about thatexperience. Pizza Pizza is a staple of Canada and most peoples go-to in regards to a quick, satisfactory Pizza. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
