I just had a terrible experience in this store. The lady who was taking the order was so rude and was a racist. When I came here... to order something she just asked me to wait and was attending customers who came after me. When this was questioned she was sodisrespectful and asked me to order or to leave. 'Do you guys have a courtesy to check for what a customer is coming' - this wasthe only sentence I asked her and her response was like don't come her teach, you order or leave. After telling this to me sheeven don't want to take my order and started attending an other customer and this lady was so polite with them. And this is thefirst time I am experiencing this type of racism in Canada and you guys have the full credit for this. Read more
The staff are rude and clearly don't care about their jobs or the customer experience. Came in yesterday and looked at their... menus to see walk in specials but none were posted, so I asked if they had a walk in special. "Yes." What is the special? "Whatsize do you want?" What is the special?? "Small medium large" All the same price? "No." .... Are we playing 21 questionshere? How difficult is it to tell me what the specials are? I finally ordered (medium two toppings) and she charged me for anextra topping even though I only got two. Later found out feta cheese is an extra charge, but again, how do you not tell theperson ordering that it will cost extra? I'll try Pizza Nova next time I'm in the area. Read more
I am a regular customer here and buy food all the time but yesterday the person who made my food was either new or didnt know... what he was doing (I ordered a panzerotti with chicken however, it did not have any chicken and the bread was old and hard tochew) its importsnt to have a good customer service during these tough times. Terrible experience this evening. Ordered pizza with 40 min guarantee. Called after one hour with no sign of pizza and was told... it would be there "shortly" and would be free. After another 20 min called again and was told it was on the way. It did arriveafter another 10 min (total 90 min), but was burnt and cold. Definitely not worth the wait and even free means we need to findan alternative dinner as it's inedible :( Read more
