This Pizza Pizza location (Mt. pleasant & Soudan) is run by few old fellows who don?t know how to speak with customers. The old... fellow behind the counter is always annoyed for some reason and do not properly answer your questions. The menu is alsomisleading where they display same item (as special menu) in lower price than if you ask separately at the counter. Noteveryone is a pro in ordering Pizzas, so they should guide customer politely so that they can choose the right options, but thecashier is always annoyed and never bothers to explain properly. Really liked the pizza from this outlet and I had heard good things. I had a bad experience with the outlet at Yonge Street and... I would definitely advise folks to look at this outlet at Mount Pleasant instead. I got two pizzas here, the butter chicken andthe buffalo chicken and they didn't disappoint, although we liked the buffalo chicken better. Read more
Pizza was consistent, if you like pizza pizza. Customer service was not friendly. Just give me you order and hurry up attitude.... When I asked what type of sauces they have he pointed to a sign rather than engaging in a conversation. He did tell me that theywere out of four sauces of a selection of approximately 12 and three of the sauces they were out of I would have preferred. Whynot be friendly and engaging... They play the same music every day. They say it?s the radio but I guarantee one of their phones are plugged in and they just... have a soft spot for the Turtles. Broken glass door and no sign or way of notifying client of broken and dangerous glass!! More than 15 minutes of no one doing... anything about this as customers attempt to enter the store... may have been longer, I did not stick around. Btw the fries hereare horrible. Read more
