I've always loved Pizza Pizza wedges but this is the worst by far. I open up the box and these don't look like wedges. Seems... like it was fried in old oil that had left over that stuck onto the wedges. Also most of my wedges were stuck together. I'mvery disappointed with quality of the food I recieved. Read more
Rude staff - said scanner is not working. Wasted a 25 mins walk of mine in the cold only to get to know their scanner is not... working. Is this 1947? The branch was dull with rude staff. Once I asked by what time will it work so I remain in the area, theyrudely replied they don't know. Save yourself a visit from this branch. Read more
The restaurant itself could be better kept, granted my visit was late at night. I commend the staff for being so quick on their... feet and handling a multitude of walk in and mobile orders. My wings should have been breaded but the quality of service isrespectable. Read more
Very unfriendly staff and long wait time for getting the pizza. And the staff doesn?t wear masks or gloves during the food... preparation. Also, the shop had customer washrooms and we used it without knowing we shouldn?t use it. When we came out ofwashroom, the staff was yelling at us for using the washroom. Please keep a board saying ?don?t use washroom? or ?block the wayto washrooms?, if customers shouldn?t use it. Such a bad experience. Will never visit this shop again. Read more
Pizza pizza Front St W, Toronto We were visiting from Québec, We stoped there in 2018 and got great service from the lady , we... went back today while visiting 2022 sat in the same spot looking at the CN tower ( great view btw) and got served by the samelady that servent us in 2018 , still great service and fresh made pizza . This lady was serving + making the pizza and cashierall alone , hats off to her , she needs a raise $$$ so my 5* goes to her ! Hope she sees this . Only downsize is the lack ofair conditionning, too hot in there . Read more
I ordered a 3 topping large pizza with fresh mushrooms, red onions and jalapeno peppers and they delivered me a pizza with no... mushrooms in it. When asked for the missing ingredient, the customer care said they will send a replacement pizza and thereplacement never came in. Instead the store blatantly lied that they delivered a new pizza. This location has worst service. Imtoo disappointed. Read more
I ordered a medium bacon double cheeseburger pie tonight. I waited 90+ minutes and got this. 3 cold pizza slices. At least they... got the dipping sauce right. ???? Can you imagine ordering a medium pizza for delivery and the store just decides, 'nope, notgiving them what the asked for. Instead, Ill give him 3 slices of cold pizza and that will be fine." Not sure if this location has new owners but I used to come here after work at 1130pm a couple times a month to pick up two... pepperoni slices and a Coke Zero. Tonight the kid behind the counter appeared to be very high on something. Moving slowly,glassed over eyes. Regardless he was struggling to keep up with two orders and burned my slices. I tried to warn him but he didseem to notice I was even there. As there were no other pepperoni slices avavailable and his state I asked for a refund. Now Ipaid with my debit card. He just open the register and gave me 5 bucks and change. I had paid for two slices and a bottle ofCoke Zero. Handed him my receipt and asked for a full refund including the tip I had left him. Where he just grabbed more cashand change to hand to me.? This went back and forth until I just gave up took what he gave me, about 10 bucks and change andleft. Short changed and empty handed. Very disappointed as this used to be my go to spot. Read more
