Terrible service. Bought a custom medium pizza online for pick up at this location. I ordered the pizza to come with pepperoni,... pineapple, extra cheese and chili peppers. However, when I received the pizza it didn't have any pepperoni, so essentially itwas a vegetarian pizza. The store did not reimburse me for the missing topping and the pizza did not taste good withoutpepperoni. I won't order from this location again. Read more

This morning I got chicken wings . But what made me more happy than the food was the service I got . Two gentlemen who take my... order was very very kind . They are so welcoming and it melted my heart . I can find pizza pizza in every corner but definitelynot service like this . I wanted to make sure this is delivered to the company . Terrible organization, ordered a pizza, after 20 minutes I asked how long on my pizza, the front desk guy says " what pizza" he... goes to the back with my printed order and hands it to the guys prepping the pizzas to go in the oven. The front desk guy comesback and doesn't acknowledge me and proceeds to serve another customer I get annoyed and repeat my question "how long on mypizza I've been waiting 20 minutes" They arguing to say you've only waited 10 minutes and it'll be another 10 minutes. I got arefund and left, drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Danforth and Woodbine location this one is very unorganized poorcustomer service. Read more
I order pizza today, it was burnt, when I try to complain the Indian guy employee he talk to me rudely and said it's just a... small slice burn, and argue and pushed his hand on me like go away.
