One of the male staff was impolite and unkind when he was taking my order. I was placing an order for a medium pizza. Then I... wondered how much it would be, if it was a large size. He said "it is more expensive" and did not give me the price informationI asked. It was like he was putting his opinion on me and my choice for placing an order. This may be the worst fast food place I ever visited. Pictures provided. First, there were no slices, so I had to order a whole... pizza. Second, there were no chips other than what you can see in the pictures. Third, for some reason behind the counter whereno one can access were the drinks for some strange reason. We had to wait 10 minutes and yell out for someone to come. While wewaited all this time for someone, and forced to buy a full pie, they then made us leave at exactly closing time. I ordered an XL 2-topping pizza for pickup from here (328 Bloor Street W) on May 30th, 2022, and due to some issues with my... order (when I opened it once I got home, the pizza turned out to not be what I ordered and there was a lack of sauce), I listedmy concerns with the feedback form. The corporate office called me back in within 1 day (Which is very impressive), and informedme that a $10 coupon has been with my account, and that I could just go into any Pizza Pizza store and inform the casher aboutmy coupon and tell them the phone number associated with my account to redeem it. Sounds pretty nice and simple, right? Fastforward to June 11th, I ordered an XL pizza for pickup, and went to the store to pay. However, when I mentioned this to thecashier at the front, he immediately yelled at me angrily and exclaimed (and I quote) "How am I supposed to do that?!?! I onlywork here!!! You pay! You Pay!". I calmly tried to explain to him about the coupon assigned to my phone number by the headoffice, and he wouldn't even give me a chance to do so, rudely cutting me off every time I opened my mouth saying somethingalong the lines of "Call office", and just went onto the next customer... He ignored me afterwards and went to the back of therestaurant's kitchen... I never got my pizza... I'm not sure I'd even give 1 star for this experience. The team here used to beso nice and friendly and the pizzas were so perfect... I have been consistently coming to this very location since startingUniversity in 2017, and have never had a bad experience here until May 30th, 2022. The June 11th incident just put the finalnail in the coffin. As of today, I think I'll be avoiding Pizza Pizza and particularly this location like the plague. Very poor experience here. Not only was the person in the front not where they were supposed to be, but I also had to wait about... three minutes for them to come out because they were doing something in the back. They also made my pizza small, when I hadordered a medium, which added an extra 15 minutes wait time. The last straw was, when I asked for extra napkins, he gave methree in total, and told me ?that?s enough.? When I told him I have three kids eating this pizza, I and I need a lot more, hesaid here, gave me one more. Very poor service and will not be returning care. Read more
Pizza Pizza should investigate. The pizza pizza app and promotion offers a free slice of pizza because of the raptors. I drive... her and found parking but the owner is like many others are fraudulently saying their scanner does not work! I have the appopen on my phone and scanned it with the scanner and it worked! The owner like many others are lying and denying us from theirpromotion. This puts in question about the relation pizza pizza has with its business owners and it trickles down to uscustomers. Fraudulently lying about their scanner or machine does not work, or come back in 2 hours is shameful... Pizza pizzaneeds to have an investigation. Read more
