i would give them a 0 star if theres an option. asked for plates and the lady said they dont have plates and gave us 5 napkins.... next 2 customers came and was handed with plates. another terrible pizza pizza. head office, please do something this. 3people eating, 5 napkins, we didnt wanna dirty the place but we have no more napkins. Fantastic pizza, fantastic staff! Back in Jul 24 2022 my 2 sons and I stopped by to grab a quick lunch. Quality of the pizza... was great, but most importantly the young staff at the counter - extremely friendly cordial fellow. The only bit of adisappointment was the washroom (not so clean) but other than that, great! Read more
A tepid panzarotto earns this otherwise clean and bright popular outlet 3 stars. Back in the day, (I'm talking high school here... - before cell-phones and apps) the writer earned wages and tips as a pizza jockey so I consider myself a bit of an expert on allthings pizza. :) While there's room for improvement, I'll be back. This location has gone downhill unfortunately. Even a simple online order pickup takes five minutes in the store. The staff... don't even acknowledge you. They may be understaffed which would be management's fault. It took 30 minutes to pick up my onlineorder when the website said 20. I'm 5 minutes away from the store. The pizza was decent and almost made how I wanted it atleast. Read more
Clerk overcharged me and said that the panzerotti had 'extra cheese' which it obviously did not. Super cold in the middle. Never... had such a doughy panzo like this better. Never again. Read more
