Horrific customer service!! I placed an order and asked what my options were. The person behind the cash vaguely explained. ... I had to explain to him what I was trying to get because he didn't not know the menu. I ask for a Calzone and he was trying toplace an order for something else. As he was placing the order I mentioned that his screen listing the order wasn't working. He then charged me and the price was higher than I expected. I asked to amend my order, he said he couldn't and I should justtake what I ordered. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't do it because he was new and didn't know how to work the cashregister. I repeatedly asked him to get someone who can refund me and he said he wasn't there. I asked him to call theperson. The manager for the night then came in to try to handle the situation but then started to argue with me when Ipolitely asked him to fix the already placed order or provide me with a refund. He tried to explain that the employee thattook my order was new. I said I realized that but if he is going to work at the cash especially when the manager was away,that he needs to know how to take an order, amend an order and as well provide refunds. The manager was continuouslybelligerent with me then gave me my cash and told me to get out! while I was clarifying the situation to him! Poormanagement, customer service and poor etiquette. Not worth stepping into that location!! Four stale pizza on display in thecase, no customers coming into the location while I was there. I've been coming to this Pizza Pizza since you could see something other than construction from the seating area. This location... has a special place in my heart; and over time I have consistently had a good experience. Great value, clean and convenientseating area, and very fast service. As long as you are strong enough to pass the test that is their doors. Only those with thestrength of a thousand men and women can TRULY enter this pizza pizza. Test your strength and be rewarded with a $10.99 walk-inspecial that will feed your insatiable hunger for a good deal. The pizza is pretty good. For some reason Pizza Pizza seems tobe one of those chain-restaurants that is wildly inconsistent from place to place... but I can say that although this is myprimary point of contact I have tried probably 8-10 other locations on a regular basis and in terms of flavor this one is #2. I don't usually post reviews but I am taking time to post this. I had to use washroom urgently so I politely asked the one of... the staff members and he allowed me. On my way out I was told by one of the lady working there(I think the owner) that washroomis only for customers and tried insulting me. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. It would be nice if the franchisee cared enough to fix the accessibility feature on the entrance door. It is very difficult to... open and I have heard many customers complain for months. In response to my post I received a response to please email my ORDERDETAILS. Hello?!?!? If anyone at Pizza Pizza read my review they would see that this is not about an order, but about afranchisee that does not care to put a tiny bit of energy into fixing an accessibility problem that is frustrating customers. The worst staff at this location. Asked if they have new plant based nuggets. They said yes and then they gave me the gluten... free real chicken nuggets. Asked them repeatedly whether they are plant based, and they said yes. When I came back, the personwith big hair showed no respect or guilt. Don't have the basic decency to apologize. Read more
I got delivery at this place 2 times. The first time, the driver was very nice, but the pizza was lop-sided. The ingredients... were on one side, and the rest of the pizza was on the other. I complained and got issued some store credit. The second time, Iused the store credit and ordered delivery. The pizza was fine, but this time, the driver was extremely rude. He was on thephone the entire time and when I tipped 15% (of the entire order - excluding the store credit), he called "a cheap guy" becauseI tipped 15% when the total amount before tip was 3$.
