Great size and the pizza is really yummy. U can't go wrong for the price
Well let me begin I ordered from Uber eats apparently they could not reach me so they left my pizza on the doorstep.. Then they... called one of their friends to come pick it upWhen I finally called to ask where my pizza was they said older friend has it wholives a few apartments down they're gonna bring it to you . That was not a very professional way to do do things especially whenthese pizza boxes don't have the locks on them . Rest assured I will never order pizza from them again. Read more
Have tried almost all Pizzaiolos in Toronto, and this one is one of the best. We pass through the ones on Bloor st & Spadina... area, and will pass on those ones from now on after tasting the pizzas here since this location has not let us down on thequality of their pizzas each time we have visited. Check your orders if you get delivery. Twice In One weekend the same driver brought me the wrong pizza. Once I ran after him in... bare feet and was able to switch it for the correct one. This time I couldn?t catch him. Had to call the store 5 times to get areply and the response was ?call tomorrow? to talk to the boss. Read more
Was loyal and loved this Pizzaiolo location?until my latest order and lack or customer service from their head office. Look at... this potatoe pizza! Completely burnt. We didn?t notice until we arrived home. We submitted feedback on the corporate websiteand no response or acknowledgment. Compare that to Domino?s when a past order was incorrect. The franchise owner called methe next day and put a free pizza on my account. That?s service. Update: what a joke! So Pizzaiolo Corporate monitors thesereviews and asks us to contact them for follow up. Sounds great right? I contact them as asked?.and crickets! No acknowledgmentor response. Read more
The pizza is pretty good. The issue started when I ordered a calzone. It has an absolutely MASSIVE crust around the outside.... this caused the calzone to be undercooked. there was lots of RAW dough inside it was gooey and disgusting. I called and theworker gave me a run around about how he couldn't cook it more or it would burn... But it was RAW. which is unacceptable. hethen said I ordered too many toppings and that was why..... why is it an option then if it is not possible to cook the calzone?my 3 topping calzone was about 18 dollars. I was offered a credit and when I went to order pizza I was informed it is a calzonecredit.... I said I do not want that calzone again as he told me he cannot make it the way I would like to order it so I am notgoing to chance it. I was given a credit towards pizza... How much??? 10 dollars.... so I had to stand at my door and go backand forth with the delivery driver explaining how my credit should be the amount of my 3 topping calzone which was 18 dollars.we then went back and forth and I ended up paying 11 dollars on a 23 dollar order so Clearly I did not get my 18 dollars worthof credit I was tired of going back and forth and I will NEVER go to this pizzaiolo location again. Absolutely careless customerservice. ( I don't blame the delivery driver btw) It is just frustrating when I am constantly being short changed when I paidfull price for a RAW calzone that left me with a tummy ache. Read more
I go in quite frequently for a slice or two during lunch. They always have nice and yummy pizza varieties. Service is good as... well. Reasonable prices. What's not to like ???? Read more
