I've had many different pizzas over the years and these are the best, especially at this Bloor St. location. They are never... greasy and they use top quality, generous ingredients. I always ask that it be lightly cooked and they have never disappointed. Read more

Customer service and pizza were horrible. My pizzas were completely burned, and customer service was unbelievable bad. Employee... were walking around and joking without noticing to the customers. $57 for an XL 4 topping, Panzerotti and dips. Wanted to treat my new-comer to Canada relatives to our best pizza. I was... absolutely shocked. Was this done on purpose? There is no way someone at a Pizza shop can make a pizza worse than frozendelisio. I created a mediterennean with sundried tomato, olives, broccoli and feta. What I received was olives and feta. Therewas a total of a head of soggy broccoli. The first layer of cheese was nearly non existent. To top it off? The whole bottomlayer was waaaaay overcooked. It was like chewing on shards of plastic. I could have gone to Pizza Pizza and gotten the samefor $28 all in... with a consumable Pizza at that. Apparently their customer service doesn't exist outside of an email ticket.I can't even ask for a refund / credit. The panzerotti was great though lol. Pizza went to the dogs. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Terrible experience. Ordered a Toni Pepperoni. Received an undercooked pizza with a handful... of pepperoni's on it. Nothing gourmet or special about it. That night both girlfriend and I had terrible stomach pains andindigestion. I wrote an email to the customer service people at the company and they basically did nothing but call me a liar -provided no compensation or any kind of credit. Unbelievable. With so many pizza options in the city, avoid this place anddon't give them your money for a mediocre to terrible experience. Read more
when did Pizzaiolo become pizza pizza? What a difference the product doesn't taste the same. They're obviously pushing. Margins... up with lousy quality. So disappointed with my delivery and two pizzas on Friday. Read more
