I ordered a pizza at 7:11pm and the ETA was supposed to be 40 mins. The pizza took 1 hr and 25 mins to arrive and they forgot to... bring the dipping sauce and drink I had paid for. They were unapologetic when I called to complain and they didn?t really offeranything to compensate for the mishap until I had to literally request extra dips and drinks. Not good enough. Very poorcustomer service and I won?t be ordering again. I am still waiting for the delivery of the rest of my order, so the total timewill be nearly 2 hours from the time of my initial order. I absolutely love pizzaiolo for a quick bite! They do a fab job with their spinotta pizza, I usually ask for it prepared as a... whole wheat, thin crust pizza and add chili flakes. The combo of ricotta, spinach and sun dried tomatoes is amazing! *chef?skiss* it?s prob the best by-the-slice pizza that doesn?t cost a fortune. Read more
My company orders from this location once a week for out work meetings. They're always late. Today, they were 1.5 hours late.... I've called 4 times, first the pizza was burnt and they were making a new one, second they were on the way, 35 minutes later noshow. This happens all the time. The other day they left it outside with no warning. I called & asked why they would do that &the answer was "order from somewhere else then." They just really don't care about their customers, I like the pizza but theservice & timeliness is SO BAD. Read more
Called them to check if there?s garlic in their tomato sauce as our friend is allergic to it. The person on other end says it?s... a secret tomato sauce and the ingredients are secret so he cannot say if there?s garlic in the sauce. Asked him to confirm withsomeone and he says there?s no one else who can say this. He also said that people who experience issue do not order again. Hewanted us to find out ourselves if their sauce would tigger allergy. I called another location and they confirmed it rightaway. Read more
We haven?t ordered any pizza?s yet. But we called to check if the pizza sauce has garlic in it, since a friend is highly... allergic to garlic. We really got a bad response from the person who answered the phone. They said you could try it and ifsomething happens then don?t order it the next time. When we asked if they could check, the person rudely mentioned that it?s asecret recipe and they won?t disclosing any further details. Had the canadiana for lunch. Very tasty pizza. Thin, strong crust, herby oil, tasty sauce, real pepperoni and veggies, perfect... amount of cheese. Would definitely recommend! Read more
Pizza ordered online at 10:35pm. No warning before checking out that there would be any delays. After checking out, received a... notice that pizza would be delivered at 11:25pm (which is already a long time). Called at 11:45 and asked for a status update.Was told ?don?t worry ma?am. It is coming.? It?s now midnight and just received the pizza, which is cold. At no point was thereany apology for the delay. I appreciate that Friday nights are busy but the expectation management and customer service issueswere a bit ridiculous here. Read more
