Pizzaiolo is my favourite pizza chain and this location doesn't disappoint. I've ordered from here multiple times and the... quality is excellent. The delivery drivers who work here are nice and efficient - I'm always pleasantly surprised at howquickly my pizza arrives, and it's always delivered with a wave or a smile. In the many times I've ordered, I've only had anissue once, with my pizza missing one of the toppings. I called to ask them about it, and the person who answered handled it soprofessionally and graciously that it prompted me to write this review. I was impressed with the customer service, and I wantedto let others know that this location is run by truly nice and caring people. Sauce is nice & light. A little doughy for my taste but they do offer a thin crust. Ordered extra cheese but there was certainly... nothing extra. Wanna make your customers happy? Be generous with the cheese. Read more
The pizza it self tasted fine I suppose, however I couldn?t get over the cleanliness of this place! All tables were not in use... and all dirty, they didn?t seem busy at all, I?m not sure why they weren?t wiping them down :/ The bathroom had no more soap &no paper towels or blow dryer. The toilet paper was on top on the toilet. It worries me about the cleanliness of the kitchenwhere the pizza is being made! Read more
While I was waiting to get my pickup order, the cashier was getting chewed-out by a person for a mistake they made. The angry... person was being 100% unreasonable, rude, and kept demanding more and more alterations. It was so cringe. I felt horrible forthe staff. The manager quickly came over, and very politely took the person aside and handled their concerns like aprofessional. I was then promptly served, as were the people behind me. All the staff had incredible patience with thatunreasonable person, and still were able to keep up the pace with a busy Friday night rush. Great work. Great place. Greatpizza. Read more
