Pizzaiolo is my favourite pizza chain and this location doesn't disappoint. I've ordered from here multiple times and the... quality is excellent. The delivery drivers who work here are nice and efficient - I'm always pleasantly surprised at howquickly my pizza arrives, and it's always delivered with a wave or a smile. In the many times I've ordered, I've only had anissue once, with my pizza missing one of the toppings. I called to ask them about it, and the person who answered handled it soprofessionally and graciously that it prompted me to write this review. I was impressed with the customer service, and I wantedto let others know that this location is run by truly nice and caring people. Sauce is nice & light. A little doughy for my taste but they do offer a thin crust. Ordered extra cheese but there was certainly... nothing extra. Wanna make your customers happy? Be generous with the cheese. Read more
The pizza it self tasted fine I suppose, however I couldn?t get over the cleanliness of this place! All tables were not in use... and all dirty, they didn?t seem busy at all, I?m not sure why they weren?t wiping them down :/ The bathroom had no more soap &no paper towels or blow dryer. The toilet paper was on top on the toilet. It worries me about the cleanliness of the kitchenwhere the pizza is being made! Read more
While I was waiting to get my pickup order, the cashier was getting chewed-out by a person for a mistake they made. The angry... person was being 100% unreasonable, rude, and kept demanding more and more alterations. It was so cringe. I felt horrible forthe staff. The manager quickly came over, and very politely took the person aside and handled their concerns like aprofessional. I was then promptly served, as were the people behind me. All the staff had incredible patience with thatunreasonable person, and still were able to keep up the pace with a busy Friday night rush. Great work. Great place. Greatpizza. Read more
I want to give a shout out and props to the owner/manager of this Pizzaiolo. After what was probably just a bad cooking day -... both of the pizzas and garlic bread we had ordered were a little under-cooked and deemed un-edible, we had requested some kindof compensation (not even a full refund because we understand it's a business) but something to make up for the fact that we hadto toss out 90% of our dinner. We were originally offered a credit for another pizza, but upon reflection reached out via onlineto see if they would consider compensation in the form of a partial refund. Rather than obliging to return as a customer, I'dprefer to have the freedom to choose to order again (as the credit ends up forcing you to order again, and after the experiencewe had with the food that day, you don't exactly want to return any time soon. After some conversations through email, theowner/manager Raul reached out to me personally on the phone to chat and wanted to make it right and went above and beyond inoffering and providing a full refund. Having this kind interaction and being open to receiving feedback, is what gives us moreconfidence in wanting to return for a future order. We know that many places have had their bad cooking days, but it's not oftena business will admit to their mistake and make it right. I don't see us as unreasonable customers - just wanting to make surewe got a quality product and what we paid for, so I really do appreciate the time and effort it took for the owner to make thisright. Yikes. This place used to be decent, but the 3 times I?ve ordered a pizza and asked for ?well done?, it?s like they laugh in... your face and intentionally undercook it so as to say ?screw you?. The negative reviews are piling up at this location and it?sonly a matter of time before people boycott this location all together. Recommendation to management- take your negativereviews seriously and look into the issues that are being consistently mentioned. Poor service and soggy, undercooked pizza. Read more
Good size slices! Pizza slice was warm and fresh. Crust was thin but not floppy in the middle, and crusty and soft at the edges.... Fancier ingredients, vegan options, variety of condiments (olive oil chilli flakes, cheese, hot sauces). Service was brisk andenergetic. Pizza is good, lots of varieties of toppings to choose from. They have the mini pepperonis you can put as a topping too, which... was great! Delivery was quick as well. Read more
