Reviews for Sansotei Ramen Union Station in Toronto, ON
Aptly located at Union Station. I think for the price the quality is decent. Service was quite fast. We had miso black ramen... that came with chashu, egg, mushroom and good broth. Read more
Amazing flavor and texture, presented as a simple and attractive dish. They only have a short menu, and they have perfected... those few things. Tomato version was surprisingly good, Shoyu was my wife's favorite. Read more
This place is in the food court under the lobby of Union Station. Pretty crowded at lunch time but if you come just before lunch... hour starts, you'll get served fast. The ramen is okay here but is not exactly the taste I had in their other (non-foodcourt)locations. Here the seasoning oil is much less flavorful, which disappointed me. Read more
Tastes just like the original location I went to, excellent for being a food court outpost at Union Station. I went for the... dine-in tonkatsu option which comes in a big bowl. I haven't tried the to-go cup version. Make sure you watch where you hold thelid rim because it's hella oily. Also they have Ito En tea bottles as part of the drink selection which is a big plus. Sansotei Union is consistent to the Ramen shop in Eaton Centre. The Tomato Ramen comes with a full scallop, abductor muscle and... all (what a treat)! The gyudon was classic and tasty, and the mango cheesecake is filling. Great for a meal after missing atrain, right in the York Concourse of Union Station. It isnt as high quality as other Toronto Ramen restaurants at simular pricepoints in terms of richness, thickness of meat cuts, etc. Still a great, accessible bowl of Ramen. The Shoyu and Black Garlicbowls are my recommendation! Read more
Really happy this place is close to my office. Sansotei has one of the better ramens that I've enjoyed in the GTA. At first the... portion seemed a little small but by the end it was an ok meal size for lunch. Had the black garlic tonkotsu. Super tasty. Willmost likely try all the flavours eventually. Service was great! Read more
Not the same as the other locations, prices increased compared to last year. I got Tonkotsu Black and they gave me the least... amount of the black garlic oil, tasted just like Tonkotsu. Also got the gyoza, the sauce that came with it was so little? A bitcheap we?re being arent we? If we are doing multiple locations, lets ensure quality is the same, its great we have a foodcourtramen joint, but we need quality still. Read more
Conveniently located in Union Station, it's great if you're nearby and craving noodles. I recommend adding extra noodles and egg... if you really want to be full. Read more
