A solid 4! Not the greatest Ramen, but it?s good! We haven?t been able to find Ramen that?s as good as Hokkaido in Toronto yet,... or even Vancouver, but admittedly this has been the best so far. We also tried the Chicken Zangi as our starter and that didn?tdisappoint either! We always prefer the Zangi to Karaage and this item off the menu just proved our point, at least toourselves. So on a cold day, hop in, grab a ramen, and enjoy! Staff and service were nice, so thank you! It?s got an in & outvibe; not a place to linger, and the quick service just reinforces that model. Enjoy your ramen folks! Read more

Inviting ramen chain with locations across the city, providing classic offerings done well. Sansotei has a relatively concise... menu with a clear focus on consistency. Everything from the broth to toppings is done well, and the Cha Shu is some of the bestin the city. Service at this location is fast and super friendly. While you may not find any truly unique offerings here,Sansotei will likely deliver the fix for your ramen craving and have you leaving with a warm and satisfied tummy. Read more

Good ramen. Their broth is indeed on the sweet and salty side, like another review mentioned. The pork was very tender, though.... ???? They also give you a whole egg (two halves) with your ramen, which is rare. The server(s) were attentive and notoverbearing, though I did end up waiting for them to come up a smidge longer than I would've liked because they were chattingamong themselves... but that also gave the place a friendly and chill atmosphere; so, overall my experience was good. I got the tonkotsu with thin noodles, which were cooked to perfection, egg had the right texture, and the braised pork belly was... tender and nicely caramelized. However, everything was too sweet and lacked umami. Same for the side green onion gyoza I had, good but lacking that umami, savoury flavor unfortunately. Unlike other Japanese or Japanese inspired joints, they don't bring acold glass (or a glass at all) with your beer ???? The location is great and staff friendly. Read more

The most amazing meal I've had today. I have not had Sansotei in a long time and this was one of the closest ramen from my new... work place. It's amazing here. Space, cleanliness, service and most importantly the taste and quality of the food. Given inconsideration of portions and price where these days, everything is escalating due to shortage in supply chain. Read more

Perfect authentic Japanese ramen! Amazing flavour and texture, presented as a simple and attractive dish. They only have a few... things on the menu, and they have perfected those few things. Tomato version was surprisingly good too. Fun if you can sit atthe bar and watch the kitchen through the glass. You can also sit looking out onto the street thanks to the glass walls. Not awhole lot of room in the place. Tasteful simple modern decor. TIP: Looking for a change and happen to be vegetarian? You'rein luck, try the tsukemen. Read more

I can?t eat it all, soI asked for a bowl for take out. Great place! I would definitely come back again with my family Read more
