I really never write a review but this is a special occasion. My wife and I took our little toddler out for his first restaurant... experience and he was extremely uncomfortable and cranky. Great new location with spacious views of restaurant and open space of the kitchen. Clean rustic style similar to other... franchise locations. Pasta remains the same and tastes amazing. The burrata prices have increased. Staff are friendly, sometimesthe staff are slow on the food. Washrooms are clean. Food tastes great, perfectly balanced sauce and pasta. Read more

I’ve walked by countless times and finally decided to grab dinner. Opted to sit outside despite it being a little chilly but... it was nice breeze, there are flowers on the patios and enough lights to lit up the patio space. Funghi Alfredo Pizza wastasty, the crust with crunchy, lots of flavour and cheese. The shrimp pasta, I really enjoyed this, The basil really added thisdish. It tasted fresh. We were able to get seats pretty quickly on a Sunday evening, with choice of patio or inside. Our server was a bit busy, but... someone else came over to offer us water right away and told us she'd be with us shortly. Not long after, our waitress washere, took our order and was very friendly. All that info is to point to the fact the front of house staff was great, but theproblems started when our orders started arriving. The drinks took a while and our waiter had to follow up with the bar. Thenwhen it arrived, one of our sparkling wine was near room temperature and it was nearly flat. Our server was able to exchangethe glass for us, and the new one was cold and fizzy. The food was the biggest problem, the pasta was acceptable, it was justbarely warm. But our meatball sandwich was cold! It was obvious that they microwaved the meatball n sauce, then put underheatlamp, but by the time it was delivered, the meat was cold and the bread was soggy with some moisture. Our server checked onus and she brought it back to have another one made. The kitchen literally took 30 mins for the new one, by then it was like wehad one main course as appertizer and then waited for the sandwich as our main. The new sandwich came finally, and it was stillequally disappointing, soggy bun, warmer meat balls this time. A meatball sub from subway is significantly better than thisdish. This is a fantastic location and everyone seems very friendly here, they need to staff and maybe train the back end alittle bit better. Read more

Came here for Mothers Day brunch with my infant, toddler, mother in law and husband and sat outdoors. Very disappointed with... the service. It took an hour after we ordered for our food to arrive. It may have been an issue with our server BC all thetables that were served by the male waiter seemed to have gotten their food on time and the few tables that had the femalewaitress seemed to be waiting quite a while. When we did get our food, my food was cold and the noodles were stuck together!! Itmust've been sitting for a while before it was delivered to us!! It was the first time eating out in a year since my daughter'sbirth and it was such a disappointing experience. I had about 2 bites of my pasta before the kids became cranky from theridiculous wait time. The 2 stars were given for the balsamic and honey mozzarella -that was delicious. Read more

A great spot! Excellent service and staff. Were greeted by a lovely young lady, Layal with the most welcoming smile and the best... attitude - helping accommodate our group and setting us up with a table. Then we’re served by Max, a very pleasant andprofessional gentleman who went above and beyond to serve us. The food was great; from the flavoursome carbonara, seafood pasta,pizzas, to the dessert. Our second visit, still got the same amazing service but the food wasn’t as good. Our third visit, wasbetter but not as good as the first one.
