The owner of this particular Second Cup has seen to making this place a truly special neighbourhood spot. Somehow he has managed... to personalize this franchise with the same character, warmth and generosity that is translated in not only his own customerservice but that of the employees he chooses as his team. It?s obvious people in the neighbourhood feel the same way, as -especially in the past couple of years - this place has built a strong and loyal customer base who appreciate the experiencethey have here. Love their ice coffees, keeps me energized for a long shift at work. However, please wipe the coffee cups if there?s been a... spillage since I had sweetener and coffee all over my hands when I went to pick it up through ritual, other than that fairlypriced and great coffee. Read more
I always preferred Second Cup to the other major coffee chains, unfortunately there are not many left. They have the best Chai... latte! This location has a fairly large outdoor patio on a side street to enjoy, so small bonus. Read more
