Falsely listed as ?open 24 hours?. I wasted 20 minutes walking here in the dark because I needed a nighttime coffee and it was... the only nearby location listed as ?open?? but when I got there it was closed & this was at 12:30 am. Please update yourbusiness hours. Read more
They need to have brand manager from Starbucks to improve their system.
Very depressing place. Maybe because it is located inside the St. Michael's Hospital, it is the only café kiosk in here with no... competition, so they don't see the need to put in an effort to inject any kind of positive energy into the space or to help liftthe customers' spirits. The place is dark and dingy. The counter along the window plus the couple of lonely bar tables feelkinda sticky and grimey. There are boxes and pile of things that just chucked at the corner. Whatever prepared sanwiches,pastries and muffins on display, don't look appetizing and inviting, if I might add, this was 1:15 p.m. on a weekday. In allhonesty, with just a little effort and elbow grease, this place would have easily improved so much and becomes so much morewelcoming. Now it feels just like one of those poorly run shady 24 hrs donut shops instead of a well established chic coffeekiosk. The only thing missing to complete that montage would be a cigarette stench. Whatever was said on their website, "Ourgoal is to be the best. For us, that means putting coffee at the core of business, .focusing on quality, innovation and creatingan individual experience for our customers. With innovation, sustainability and a focus on the community in our DNA and in ourbeans, we know you?ll want a Second Cup." Sadly, none of that was translated into the place. Read more

Listed as 24hrs but closes at midnight. And the worker that works evenings will stay all night doing God knows what after... closing until the person that opens at 7 comes in the morning. Why not just stay open!? Change your hours because you arescrewing over night shift workers who come. Read more

Coffee was burned to the taste. Not busy but had to wait for staff to stop chatting. Hospital setting.
