Y?all gotta relax. They?re rad peeps just tired and over it, I think anyway. Coffee always tastes great! Say hi to the staff and... they?ll be kind back. Let?s not be quick to make a first world problem, such as the expected instant coffee handed to you with asmile, into a big deal by posting negative reviews. Read more

Very rude employees, one of the baristas should be fired, rude and doesn't take his job serious (bad coffee). I really like one... barista with beautiful orange hair, he is always nice and positive, he also makes great coffee, one star for him. Read more

This location is terrible. Firstly, the employees there work slower than snails, even when they see that there's a big lineup.... Secondly, it's very disorganized for placing orders, as random people from behind the cash just ask you what you want and if youdon't answer in like, 2 seconds, they ignore you and move on to the person behind you. Yesterday, I asked for a seasonal cookie, which I said in a clear, loud voice. However, the girl still got my order wrong, and they had the gall to glare at me rudelywhen I repeated it to her and let her know that she made a mistake. The cashier then glared at me, and this girl is always thecashier there and just glares at you every time like she either hates you or the world. Seriously, I know that they're probablystudents working on campus or something, but they should still maintain a professional attitude. Read more

They constantly forget to make my drink, until I ask them about it a couple of minutes later and they suddenly realize it hasn?t... been made?Additionally, terrible customer service - the man working there always has an attitude. Today my boyfriend?s allergieswere acting up and as he was passing by, and asked if he could grab a napkin for his nose. The man refused because they wereclosed (although he was still at the counter working), and the napkins were visibly behind him on the counter. What kind ofperson refuses someone a tissue? I?m wondering if it?s part of company policy? Read more

They're extremely rude and don't care about customer service at ALL. The lady at cash didn't charge me for an espresso shot in... my drink and so when I went back with my drink and asked if she added one, she blamed me saying I never asked for it. I've hadmultiple bad experiences here. Go to Starbucks instead. Read more

The regular folks that work here have a terrible attitude and are extremely rude. They refuse to communicate with their... customers, so you never know when your order is ready. If you happen to pick up the wrong drink, they'll yell at you instead ofcommunicating what/who's order it is in the first place. On top of that there's been a couple of times where they've completelyforgotten that I had ordered something. Honest to God I would go somewhere else, but the st.george campus doesn't exactly givestudents a lot of options. Read more
