Generally speaking second cup coffee isn't very good. This location is pretty busy and lines are a common sight. Late and... Americano quality varies, overall pretty average. Staff are visibly overworked and exhausted! Have seen flies and other insertsinside their cake stand on multiple occasions. Staff didn't seem to care didn't even make an effort to wave then off the cakes. Read more
Not a very good location. Coffee is so-so but service is quite poor and not very friendly. Better off walking down to Aroma... Espresso Bar in the food court near Murray Street exit. Much better coffee and service. Read more

it's a decent second cup, the chain's gotten a bit better. their cold brews & some lattes are better than starbuck's (as it... doesn't have that fake syrup flavour a la Starbucks) but I never really liked the rest lol. no free cups as some mentioned ifthat's a thing for you... the few times I've ordered new things here (like on the promotional menus) at least 1 staff will seemknowledgeable and enthusiastic about it! the line moves surprisingly fast even though it goes all the way to the end (and thenmore) sometimes. for those seeking cheaper food or drinks tim hortons is literally around the corner. for a "hospital cafe" youcan do a lot worse... Great service and quality at this location. Never had an issue with staff here. They are often busy, so expect a line. Even... though they are a tiny outpost they still offer some food items. They are a small location inside Mount Sinai Hospital, soplease be extra patient and courteous in this space! Read more
