In my opinion, if you want to have a great meal for the money you pay, try the Iranian food, especially the Iranian kebabs at... the Shater Abbas St. Clair restaurant (compared to McDonald's, KFC, King Burger), especially since they have a full menu of Iranian and oriental cuisine. Used to order from other branches, everything was fine. This time tried this lication, my first and last order for sure. Total... disaster. Food was bad, service and respect was non-existent. Ordered more than $100 online on their website. Called after 40minutes to follow up, the lady on the phone even could not find my order. Then she said found your order and that my order wascoming. After another 50 minutes, nothing! Called to follow up: right after I said I was waiting for my order so long, the guysaid you got the number wrong, you probably wanted to talk to another branch. Not even asking who I was and what my order was!Just trying to say "not my problem" After convinced that my order was placed at their branch, he rudely said it was sent outhalf an hour ago (55 minutes after I put my order online) and this is not my problem and it is the issue with doordash whobrings your food. Not accepting any of the responsibility and being so much disorganized. No appologies, no empathy, justrepeating it is not our problem. The review is for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Sorry but I need to change my review, I'm really disappointed and sad because I loved this place but we bought joje kebab... (chicken kebeb) and koobideh (ground beef kebab) tonight ... they both were old like they cooked them hours or day ago and justmade them warm , not juicy or tasty at all (burned in some part)... also rice was dry , green pepper and tomatoes which theyneed to be grilled were raw .... really bad ,,, really really bad ... not only I'm not going to this place anymore I'm not goingto any other shutter abbas in Toronto anymore... not recommended at all ,,,, bad food Read more

The beef & split pea stew dish that I got was quite tasty (Ghemei). It had a delicious sour note to it and it paired well with... the basmati rice. The staff/owner were very nice too. The lady who served me the food said a very friendly and sincere"enjoy". Thank you for the delicious meal here. Hope to be back to try some of those other colourful dishes someday! Read more
