Food was very well put together, the atmosphere was cozy, elegant and sophisticated. An excellent choice to take a date or for... birthdays, anniversary or just a cause dinner I had the sea bass and it was nice and crispy on the outside but tender and moiston the inside. The steak tartare was a great start too Read more

Delicious food, lovely ambiance and a convenient location! Sorrel is a fantastic place for dinner. There are plenty of options... on the menu from steak frites to mushroom tagliatelle. I loved the beet salad and my husband enjoyed some mussels. The serverwas extremely friendly and attentive. Read more

I made a reservation to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary with my partner. We’ve never been to this restaurant and... so thought we’d give it a try given the great reviews online. We were greeted and seated to our table even though we were15mins early. The host was super friendly and was able to accommodate us ahead of our reservation time. Upon seated to our tablewe were given food and drinks menu. We then proceeded to order a couple of cocktails to start, oysters as starts, mains (seabass and bouillabaisse) then lastly tea and dessert to wrap up the night. The food was great and the price point was on thehigher end so you’d think the level of service would match that. Unfortunately throughout the night our waiter was not asattentive to our table( 2people) as the table of 4 next to us. Not sure why because we ordered quite a lot from the menu so notsure what went wrong there. It definitely was disappointing since it was our anniversary dinner date and I was the one whopicked the restaurant thinking it’d be a great experience for both of us. Nonetheless the food was great. I really wanted to like this restaurant, as I've been following them for a while and my experience was just very... disappointing. The service was okay, the food was cold and just not very flavourful at all. The restaurant felt a bit dated anddark as well. I only took a photo of one of the dishes because nothing really stood out in presentation either. Read more

Some of our food was under seasoned and some of the seafood tasted a bit off, but we enjoyed the ravioli and the raw meat... appetizers like steak tartar. Overall I wouldn’t go back considering the price vs. quality. Read more

Fancy little spot - a French restaurant that strives to deliver authentic European experience and service. The menu was a little... too narrow for my preference. I did order the healthiest dish on the menu but the portion was a bit too light and small. It’sa little on the high end price but the experience was nonetheless unique. The only thing that annoys me is that there is no menuonline and their web presence is insufficient in helping you make a decision if you are unfamiliar with this restaurant. Leadsme to believe that people who come here are locals and know the place and their menu. Read more

EXCELLENT! From food to service, and to survive and serve this affluent neighbourhood since 2010, speaks for itself. You won't... regret it. Wonderful experience. Highly Recommended. Read more

The food here was great, and service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, seemed to know many of the other... patrons at the restaurant. We had a patio seat because the weather was nice, there was lots of space and it's some nice seating, but some of the patio tables will be on the sidewalk area, but this is to be expected in most restaurants in the area. We hadthe Oysters, which are $2 after 4pm, and mussels and Seabass, which were all excellent. There's a green P parking lot across thestreet that is reasonably priced for the evenings. Read more
