Young delightful Asian lady working as a cashier & also packing the take-out orders. She's very friendly & courtesy with... excellent customer service. The one & only sushi chef preparing the orders. The food is fresh, plentiful & absolutely delicious.I ordered the 67.15=$55+$7.15(13%HST)+$5(tips)/sushi & roll platter (18pcs sushi, California roll, salmon mayo) & gaint (assortedfish, salmon roe, crab meat, avocados,Wasabi & cucumber). See pictures attached. I requested couple of more packs of soya sauce & Wasabi. No problem & no extra charge. The order was ready right on time & came with 2 Misu soups. It packed in plastic bagssecurely. I'm very happy & satisfied with my order & the service, definitely will return to try other items forsure. ???????????????????? Read more

A hidden gem south of the TIFF Bell Lightbox. For the portion and quality of the food, it was worth the trip! They take orders... via phone and UberEats. We ordered the Sashimi & Sushi & Roll Platter for the same day and they were able to accommodate us asit's usually ordered a day ahead! Their edamame is standard as well. Very delicious rolls and generous portion sizes. You cansee the attention the chef gave to our platter as well as it was well presented. The staff was very friendly on the phone whenwe called for the order. They were very efficient in packing up and payment was seamless. Probably a miss-day, but we picked upon a hot day and there was no AC here. It's a pickup location so it didn't matter as much. Read more

I was sooo looking forward to try out this place since it has so many good reviews! But to me it was not wow. Special makis were... too big! there?s nothing more disappointing when eating at a sushi place that a bite that?s too uncomfortable to eat. It?s anonly-take-out place but that?s fine because prices make up for that. Food was very tasty, gyosas were too doughy for my taste (Iwish they had more filling) overall it was ok but nothing too special. Occasion: want a fresh option for doing a picnic on asunny day Read more

Grabbed sushi to go at this place. You cannot dine in. I got the cali + dynamite + spicy salmon combo. It was good and filling.... My food was ready in 10 minutes. Very convenient. Would takeout again. Read more

We were looking to fill our bellies in the entertainment district after another restaurant had too long a wait time. So glad we... found this one! We ordered the sashimi/maki/nigiri combo with spicy salmon and the star roll. They informed us that it wouldtake half an hour and I thought, hey, this is still faster than the first restaurant... And based on the other reviews, it verymuch met my expectations. The fish was fresh and it came with all the fixings. This local restaurant may be small and takeoutonly but the portions and the fish to rice ratio was large like nobody's business! The staff were courteous and polite.Definitely a hidden gem in the downtown core. Would highly recommend! Read more

This is a small space and is takeout only. They have a pretty good variety of different rolls they offer and their rolls are a... lot bigger than I expected! Wait is pretty reasonable (20 mins for two rolls), and they provide a side of miso soup with eachroll. Prices are reasonable as well. I?ve definitely had cheaper rolls for similar quality, but this is good considering it islocated downtown. You also get a 10% discount if you pay cash! Read more

Good potential but disappointing experience. I got takeout for two rolls. The positives were that the rolls were massive! Lots... of ingredients in the roll. Very good value for money. I can see why the rating is pretty high. Now, the negatives. I waited20+ minutes for 2 rolls. That?s too long. Also, in the roll, I found a small piece of fish skin (what feels like plastic) as Iwas chewing. Once I spat out and thought, ?it can happen.? However on the 3rd time this happened, this is just poortreatment/preparation for a sushi. Disappointing experience. It seemed like the place was run by one chef and onecashier/helper. Small business, I get it. I really hope they can work on the very basics. I really think they can dobetter. Best wishes. Read more

The best sushi I have ever had. I?ve eaten there twice and would eat there every day if I lived in Toronto. Portions are very... generous. Negative reviews are completely ignorant - the rolls are the size of special rolls at any nice sushi place. Theplatters are gorgeous and it is obvious the sushi chef takes pride in his/her work. I would recommend this highly to anyone wholoves sushi and also has a big appetite like I do! Read more
