I come by so many times and their service always disappoints me.Today, they took my order wrong and made the wrong drink for me... but didn't at least say sorry and showed attitude instead. The girl who took my order was slacking off when serving me, that'swhy she wrote down the drink name incorrectly, she actually was really rude. The drinks in this location also taste so muchworse than other locations that I visited. This store is literally ruining Starbucks brand. Read more
They don't have anything, they did not put ice in my drinks what type of service is this. They also did not put sauce is my... dawgs ham egg & cheese sandwich. Did you expect him to eat it dry? Im very disappointed in this service that has been delivered.Next time make sure you guys get more inventory that you put. im mad. Read more
This is not a complaint about the long lineup (20 min or so) as that's to be expected on a university campus for coffee. My... complaint is that, only after waiting for 20 minutes and getting up to the till, did I find out that they were not acceptingStarbucks cards for payment. A simple sign on the outside of the cafe would fix this instead of just posting it by the till. Read more
In February 22 I passed by at around 10 pm and they were open (I didn?t get why!), anyways, it was great. Also, they?re finally... open for dine in. Their app payment is off again. It's getting a bit annoying that their app payment is not reliable. I want thepoints! Read more
The wait times are long because it is among the only 2 Starbucks on campus so if you want to get a drink and not wait more than... 5 mins? don?t go at any time of the day ending in :30 or :00 (ends of classes). Posted hours never reflect actual hours. Saturday supposed to be opened between 8am-5pm but still remains close at 2:00pm with... no warning. This is a common occurrence at this location. "Oh no students on campus to exploit today? Ok randomly close thestore without notice". Americano was like warm. Sad to see the Starbucks brand being poorly represented by these franchiseowners. This Starbucks is NOT a corporate Starbucks. The employee said it's a licensed Starbucks & they can make up their own rules. For... example, you cannot use your Starbucks App & the store doesn't do refills on your drinks because the owner sets the own rulesleeching on York University students. Terrible. Read more
