Being as a starbucks partner such a horrible experience. How can u be so rude to someone. I don?t understand why the partners... have attitude and they were so rude. Wouww one of the worst starbucks experience ever they refuse to accept cash and can?t even make my order right after that?
There?s a gentleman by the name Jeffrey, he?s a barista and the best they have at this location. He?s very efficient on the bar... making drinks when it?s a line up out the door. Always very friendly and brings great recommendations for food or new beveragesto try. He should get a raise! Read more
One of the worst locations. Customer service super bad I was waiting for a while well they?re serving customers who just walked... in the store. he said that I was standing in the washroom lineup and there was a big sign saying please wait here to order infact there was 10 people behind me. They served everyone else before me and they were arguing with me even tho it?s their faultfirst and last experience for me. The only reason I left this comment because I don?t want any of Starbucks lovers to ruin theirday from the customer service. Read more
This location has the worst customer service ever. We went there at 7:40 pm and realized they close at 8:00pm, after we already... ordered. While I was waiting for my coffee, I just needed to wash my hands and the employee was so rude. I totally understandthat working long periods of time dealing with customers is not an easy task. BUT that's not the way to treat customers, thereare many ways of saying no. And that was not all, the coffee I ordered tasted terrible. Of course they were out of coffee sothey did not even add enough to my drink. It tasted like milk with ice. I have this coffee almost every single day and I havenever had this poor experience in a Starbucks. They definitely need to work on training their employees. Read more
One of the best Starbucks in town in my opinion. Prime location and awesome lake view. Great barista crew with great service.... It?s a big store w lots of seats but they?re running it neatly yet providing customers ample space. Ps. This Starbucks location is the closest to my work, and I can usually pull into the motorcoach loading zone to nip in and order a... tea, sometimes something to eat. I almost always order a plain black iced tea. I always specify "no liquid sweetener" or "nosugar." This is a pretty simple order, put the concentrated tea in the cup, add some water and ice, shake it up, and pour itinto a cup. I would say that at least 2 or 3 out of 5 times they get the order wrong. They are always putting in that vileyellow liquid, which might be lemonade? I'm not sure, or they put liquid sweetener in anyway. I honestly don't think theybother to read the order and they just go on autopilot. Today I went in with my usual plain black iced tea no sweetener andI've learned to sip before I leave. It tasted vile. I told the barista it had sweetener in it and she argued, but started toremake the drink. I saw her pour in the tea, then she started to add the vile yellow liquid. I raised my voice to tell her notto put that stuff in, and was chastised by another barista. I explained that I was just trying to prevent her from having tore-make my drink again, and they had to make it three times to get my plain black iced tea order correctly anyway. Honestly Iwould not even go to this location if it were not so convenient to my work. There is ONE guy there, I think his name might beDakota? who is awesome and gets it, but I haven't seen him there lately.
