This location is extremely dirty. Starting from the windows which look like they have not been cleaned for months all the way to... the floors, garbage counters and washroom. I love starbucks coffee and this is the only one in the neighbourhood and so manytimes, I avoid going in only because of the condition it is in. Really hope someone oversees this and staff start taking care ofstore hygiene. Read more
Leah (sorry if misspelled) in the patio area where I was sitting and knocked my Venti Pike and spilled all over. Leah noticed... and checked if I was ok, helped wiping coffee off the table and my book...she then offered and took the label off my cup andbrought me a replacement! Awesome service! Thank you! Uh oh. What's happened with this location? They didn't have a few of the items we attempted to order, they prioritized mobile... orders over the people standing right in front of them, and my long espresso tasted horribly burnt, to the point of beingundrinkable! The staff was friendly enough and, clearly, working hard, but the entire experience was a little disappointing. Iused to go to this location regularly, but my past few visits have been underwhelming. I'll give them another try at a laterdate, but won't be back for a while. ???? Read more

The location is attractive, however the beverages consistently taste wrong, staff always seems preoccupied, doesnt give off a... welcoming vibe at all. PLUS, their bananas are ALWAYS bad! I've gotten bananas from here so many times, and have never ended upeating them, as they are always pretty oitside and rotten inside, suggesting they are frozen before being defrosted and sold foran exorbitant price! Unfortunately this pocation is close to work, so I still give them my money every once in a while, but I amALWAYS disappointed! Read more
