Poor customer services. I placed a mobile for drive thru pick up (1 venti latte). I waited for aver 15 mins, when I got the... window the coffee was not ready and the girl didn?t want to cancel the order at the window. I had to get out of my car to goinside and the supervisor in charge didn?t even apologize, just cancel the order. The latte was ready by that time but shepreferred to throw it away rather than to give it to me for the inconvenience of waiting over 15 mins and getting out of thecar. This is the third time I have a bad experience at this location. For what I paid for their products, I except at leastbetter customer service. Read more

Bad experience? I came this Stabuck a lot of times but this time was extremely worst. I ordered matcha Frappuccino and caramel... Frappuccino; the matcha came first and I waited 10 mins for the caramel. when I asked staff where is my caramel Frappuccino andat that time they started to do it with annoying attitude and no apologize . I was tried matcha frapuchino in this location alot of time, it was really good, but this time the taste was really bad, it was bland and I asked the staff for extra syrup oranything. they said ? I cannot?. So disappointed Read more

The Starbucks on St. Clair West has the best customer service anywhere. I go by there every other day to get a Green Peach tea... limonade or a sandwich and the person at the window is such a delight to deal with along with all other employees. They arefriendly, helpful and always have a great attitude. Hats off to them. Read more
