I'm leaving 5 stars primarily because they have sinks accessible to anyone with paper towel (instead of just air drying), and... for germaphobes like me, that's heaven. Often you simply want to wash your hands prior to eating, or because you merely feelunclean, and this allows alleviation. Every Starbucks -- nay, every store! -- should have this feature. Read more
I had a fantastic experience here! The woman serving me was called Simone and she went above and beyond expectations! I had... ordered a cold brew and she told me I should try the nitro brew next time, she then gave me a sample to taste and explained thedifferent notes in the nitro brew coffee. Pretty organized and efficient Starbucks with staff stationed at each section of the line. I appreciate their dedicated section... for pickup orders with the paper receipts to read your name/order without touching another person's order. It can get prettybusy at this location during peak times like mornings to distance properly. Staff are consistently nice to talk with and greatcustomer service! Read more
Went to this location to redeem my birthday gift. I had already purchased a Starbucks drink earlier in the day, so I thought I... should redeem it on a free pastry instead. Received the best customer service from Vince, whom recommended the Strawberry AçaiRefresher (without ice and without water) as an alternative. He said that it?s a good drink to consume a day after whenrefrigerated. Highly recommend dropping by this location due to his customer service. Read more
