Staff are nice and do a good job. But the washrooms are now permanently out of service. It started as a Covid response and never... ended. Staff now direct patrons to public bathrooms in the park. This is unacceptable for a store with constant lineups -- thislocation is printing money. No excuse not to keep a bathroom maintained. All the restaurants and cafes around them maintainbathrooms. This is totally disrespectful to customers, the neighbourhood and the city. Read more
I came in not sure if my card would decline or not, and a young man named Gavin helped me. I wanted to purchase sandwhiches for... individuals without a home, since it was thanksgiving and nobody deserves to be hungry ever, but especially on a holiday. Gavininformed me of nearby homeless shelters, and when my card declined, he gave me free food donations for me to give to thoseindividuals living on the street. I came back today and attempted to say thank u and pay for them. Unfortunately I didn?t getthe chance to thank him again. Truly such a nice guy, and such a great experience. Thank u Gavin! Food: They had all the food items in stock everytime I came. I can't ask for anything else. Service: They were quick and... organized. They were friendly and helpful. Great job! Location: Close to scotia move theathet and the subway. Its a great placefor a quick eats. They also have a outside patio. There is no inside seating. Accessibility: I didn't see any automatic dooropeners but people were helpful. Read more
I was hanging with a friend. Starbucks is usually great! I requested that my drink be made without whipped cream and it came... with whipped cream. The cashier entered everything correctly. I don't have any food sensitivities, or allergies. It was juston this day I didn't want it. I chose to drink it as is, even though they were willing to make it right, but I don't believe inwasting food, and I won't give less stars or a bad review for my choice. Read more
Staff really friendly and nice. But they always makes drinks wrongly! I work around this area, so this is the closet Starbucks... to me. I always put my mobile order when i pick it up, feel so much disappointed. Cause that was not the drink that i wanted. Read more
Probably the nicest Starbucks workers in the entire city. I was helped by Zack at the counter and he helped me pick out the best... sandwich for lunch! He was also extremely patient and just overall very sweet. When waiting for my drink the other workers wereall super friendly and made small talk. Super lovely people and I appreciate them doing so much for such a rough job!! Made myday. Read more

Terrible closing time had to wait outside. 15 mins till close. Store definately needs training.
