I went to this location at 10:30 am on Saturday, Sept 24th and I accidently left with the wrong coffee's. When I rushed back to... apologize, I was greated by the only male birista that felt it was necessary to yell at me for the mix up in front of all thestaff and customers. I'm visiting my daughter who lives here and was just hoping to surprise her for her birthday with amorning coffee. I left crying due to the disrespect and shame that was targeted at me, for making a simple and very commonmistake. Please don't take your anger out on your customers. We don't pay to be harassed. There are about 6 Starbucks locations near this Queen and Victoria store and the indoor seating and outdoor patio makes it a... favourite hands down. The barristas are as busy as a long tailed cat in a room filled with rocking chairs but they manage theorders with a smile and are patient and professional too. Read more
Got an Iced Matcha Latte and a Hot Matcha Latte. They were great and service as well. Washrooms were not located in the shop and... did not found them. Sitting outside it?s like tossing a coin. A lot of homeless people shouting and getting aggressive while Iwas there, which made clients uncomfortable. A few of the clients outside had to leave because they were afraid. One of the smaller Starbucks locations inside an office building. They have ample outdoor seating and four booths inside.
They have so many staff but I have no idea why I need to wait for so long from lining up to order and get my order. Only 3... people in line and it took me 20 mins. No apology from staff about my wait. Read more
I stopped by this morning to grab a dirty chai and get some work done. I love the little cubicles. This Starbucks is small but... efficient. The staff is awesome, they are totally on the ball. I ordered my favorite, the dirty chai and persephone made eitperfectly. I've never been to this starbucks, I think it might be one of my new favorite Starbucks in the dt Toronto core. Read more
This Starbucks is very small with limited inside seating compared to all the other locations I've been to. I've been pretty... lucky to get a seat, otherwise most of the times all the spots fill up almost right away. However, they do have outside tablesand chairs. I really liked the lamps that hang over the tables - a cool feature I haven't seen at any other Starbucks yet. Thestaff could have been much friendlier and dedicated though. They barely pay attention to you and are busier chatting with theircoworkers while taking your order than saying more than a handful of words to you. Read more
Used to be my favourite study spot, however the new choice of music makes it impossible to even step foot in there anymore. Used... to play amazing jazz music. No one wants to listen to club music at 7 in the morning. Please please please bring the old musicback. Read more
