The morning barista (old guy with beard) here need to learn basic serving skill. I took a pic of my cousin fav coffee so I don't... get the wrong order for his coffee, and it is bc I'm not visit starbuck that much. When It is my turn to make the order, I saidgood morning sir and no reply, then I showed him the picture, he told me he don't want to read it, just tell him what to do, inthe rudest attitude I've ever seen. My everyday morning tea stop best service and less waiting time.
Today I tried to order and the two baristas were gossiping not paying attention and ignoring me. I ordered a iced caramel... macchiato and they gave it to me hot and got visibly annoyed and snippy when I asked them to fix it (I asked nicely might Iadd). They completely messed up my friends drink and made her pay for the new one on top of her existing 15 dollar total. Youwould think that a business like Starbucks wouldn?t hire people without basic comprehension skills. Absolutely disgusted withthe service. Read more
Staff do not know how to make the drinks on the menu. Also charge for substituting a flavour shot (which is not the norm in... other Starbucks locations nor the Starbucks app). Not worth starbucks prices Read more
All the locations around my house are closed so i walk more than 10 minutes to grab my coffee. I have been here multiple times... in morning to grab quick coffee , but each time i have unpleasant experience. Now i am scared of coming and getting yelled atagain. Read more
I have been here three times now and each time Jessica always has the worst attitude. The first time i went was in the morning,... and i thought maybe she just had a bad start to the day. But then when i went on other times she would always show the sameattitude. Doesnt listen to my questions. I asked her first time if she has sandwich she said no. Then i asked if she can scan mycard and she answered still saying they dont have sandwiches. Please show at least some basic service if you are going to beworking face to face. We expect better from Starbucks and this is shocking coming from them. Read more
Staff here don't know how to make drinks properly. I ordered a drink and the barista asked me, "Do you like it?" and I said... "Yes..." (of course I do, that's why I ordered it). She made the drink totally incorrectly and it was completely watered down tothe point it tasted like dirty water (there's not supposed to be water in this drink at all!). No wonder she seemed confused whyI would like it - the girl doesn't know how to make it right. Read more
