I usually order my ice quad espresso, with extra shots of other sauces here. But today, I am really disappointed because of the... attitude of the staff here. They made my drink doesn?t like it usually look like, not enough 4 shots of espresso for sure. Then,I asked a girl her name is Ingrid :? Did you put extra cream because I ordered it ?? And she say :? Next time I recommend youorder latte drink?. And she acted like I tried to get more but dont want to pay. Excuse me, I can pay extra for it, and I orderwhat I want to drink. Saw this location today by accident today and was so happy to grab a coffee. Honestly, the 2 gentleman at the front register... were very friendly and inviting. The girl calling out drinks was extremely friendly as well I just wanted to say thanks to allthe employees today as it seems like they actually care about their jobs and the experience they provide to us asguests. Every time I order my vanilla cold brew with 1 pump caramel which is extra charge which is fine but they never add. This is... ridiculous. I am spending money for my add on and I am not asking anything free from you guys but least you can do is give mewhat I paid for. I am not going to Starbucks anymore. Some Workers have bad attitude. I was just asking for a grande hot water, and some ice cubes which clearly says on the sticker.... I knew that she didnt add some ice cubes coz it was super hot and plus i was watching her make that simple order. i asked hernicely to pour "some" of hot water but she literally poured half of it and add a bunch of ice cubes. This location is a hit or miss. A lot of the times my order has been made wrong or items were forgotten in my order. It's a... hassle having the staff correct your order as some of them can be rude. There were many incidents where my drink was madepartially empty (Over 1inch of drink missing). One guy even argued with me saying " Because you got no water and light ice, wecannot fill your drink to the top even though you ordered a Venti " . This makes absolutely no sense when other cafes will justgive you more drink if you ask for no ice. The quality of Starbucks customer service has really gone downhill. To the pointwhere I have to ask for a receipt with every order incase they overcharge or forgotten anything. Read more

I?m changing the review after 2 months from a 5 star, tried their drinks for 2 weeks in the month of August 9 out of 10 times my... order was wrong or the Frappuccino?s tasted too bad. Ordered honey citrus lemon tea and got jade citrus instead. I wouldn?t begoing back to this place and would recommend anyone to skip this store if possible. Read more

A convenient location since it is located within Bloor?Yonge station. I had a pleasant experience as the cashier was friendly... and helped recommend me a drink. Furthermore, the drinks I ordered were created quickly. However, looks like I may have beenlucky after reading the other reviews. Read more

Located within the subway station at Bloor and yonge. They lie next to Ardiene. They?re cool and quick makes more attractive to... most of the customers. I had the seasonal spice latte and it was really good. I requested the lady to add extra spice and I gotit. Besides having a clean space and well arranged expo they also are very well with social distancing and stuff. They are goodwith their clients and also help suggesting whenever necessary The only reason why I am not giving the 5th star is for nothaving much of Starbucks tumblers of suppers and the ones existed didn?t have a discount.
