I go here every morning and usually the service is great and everyone is really friendly. Today however I ordered a cup of ice... water which usually the do very quickly, and I can usually just go to the counter and ask. Alyssa however was very rude and toldme with a lot of attitude to go wait in line and ask for a cup of water. I said oh thank you and waited in line. I then askedhow long it should take and the man said it will be right at the end of the counter and they will do it right away. However Iwaited 10 minutes and still did not get any water. When I asked Alyssa she ignored me and continued to talk to her coworkersabout how she?s already tired and how she started 5 minutes ago. I was super displeased and told her to forget about the waterin which she laughed and said whatever and then proceeded to tell her coworker that I said to ?forget about the water? andlaughed again. Are you still love having coffee but they stop brewing blonde after 5:00 and I find your dark roast too dark and I don't like it... in the evening also I don't like that I can no longer put my own sugar and cream in my coffee I never get my coffee the way Ilike it anymore so it's a disappointment I started going rarer to Starbucks sorry Starbucks put the cream and sugar back wherepeople can serve themselves I never get the coffee that I like the way I like anymore Read more

Every time I get off a subway at Bay Station, I stop by this Starbucks to grab a coffee!! This is a nice place.
Oh I love going here every time I am on Bay Street The staff here is Harding and dedicated and proactive!! I usually prefer... having latte or ice cap and I am suggested by the staff to have their special!
