I love this Starbucks location, the associates are very friendly and super attentive. However, there is new employee by the... name of Zahra, she has no clue what's going on. Everytime I visit and she's there, she has an attitude. I just ordered a blondecoffee with Almond milk, because allergies. I asked her to pour some of the coffee out so I can add extra almond milk. Anyhow, Ihave been drinking the same drink for years, I know how it taste. I just had a sip, and she either put oat milk/ regular milk. Inoticed glances between her and the co- worker who originally made my drink. So, obviously the other associates knew she did theopposite of what was requested. Zahra if you do not enjoy your current place of work find another job, please do not take it outon clients. I also added 2 photos of the drink, she put something in my drink, because almond milk does not do this. Read more
Oh I love going here every time I am on Bay Street The staff here is Harding and dedicated and proactive!! I usually prefer... having latte or ice cap and I am suggested by the staff to have their special! They have nice outdoor seats and bar-high indoor seats. On a side note:when you ask them for black coffee they literally fill the cup to the top. Highly recommend this cafe. Read more
