Horrible! If this is the Yorkdale mall east location I suggest you order elsewhere! They take FOREVER to make your drink, you... will be waiting at least 15mins to get your order. The manager will order their drink and the staff will make it before theytouch yours. Extremely unprofessional. I asked and manager Gresy told me I have to wait... because she has to show her staff how to make the chocolate cream cold brew before she can go home.
