Honestly this subway is by far the worst to order from! If you unable to make something common sense would tell you to take it... off the menu! Why am I still be charged for an order with missing items then you want to make it seem like you cant cancel theitem... i know when a customer cancels and order its better for the restaurant if you as a manger or employee cant do your jobwhy work there! I guess the franchisee didn't get the memo that Subway's slogan is "Eat Fresh, Look Fresh", because their toppings are anything... but fresh, and quite sometimes just simply missing... Jalapenos seem to have mold on it, tomatoes were sloppy, lettuce is beyondexpired, no spinach, etc. I went there twice recently and was not impressed and would rather drive an extra 5-10km foralternatives. I should have taken a picture of the sub you guys just tried to sell me. Not even enough meat for a 6" and the last 4 inches of... sub had 2 leaves of spinach... then a debate when I asked about the lack of ingredients. There used to be a really friendly guywho worked here for years -Bring him back!!!. The Lady that worked Saturdays -BRING HER BACK. Even the original batch of collegestudents 2 years ago were phenomenal. LAZEEZ SHAWARMA right up the street now. Much cheaper orders, more food per order,friendlier staff and plenty of protein without question or debate. Stopped in there to get lunch with my coworker today at your location on Wincott drive Komal is very polite. She knows the menu... very well and was able to make our orders very accurately, quickly and with a smile. Today is going very well. If I was nothaving a good day though, the smile she helped bring out of me, would have been even more appreciated, Komal you aretremendous. Read more
Went there today (06/28/20) around 6pm and ordered a 6-inch cold cut subway without a combo. I'm pretty sure the worker there... overcharged me for my sub because it said it was a cold-cut combo on my receipt when I only ordered the 6-inch. As well, she didnot toast my sub because she said she was cleaning the oven. She had told me she already cleaned it and that she couldn't toastmy sub but it was not even close to their closing time. By the time she prepared the sandwich, she told me that she couldn'ttoast it as the oven was cleaned. She could have told me beforehand. I believe the host ID number/tag was #33. So I believe Iwas overcharged and left with a cold subway:( Read more
Finally found a sandwich on Gluten free bun! It was very good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. After I left I dropped... my wallet. The next day I dropped by and asked if a wallet was turned in. They had it! Nothing missing. I am very pleasedwith the employees for their honesty and commend them for the way they handled the situation. I am pleased to recommendthem.and their service and honesty. The sandwich was very good. Apparently this subway takes ?inventory? of every single cold cut slice. At least thats what the girl working there today told... me when I asked for a subway club (includes turkey, ham, and roast beef) with no ham and extra roast beef. She repeatedly said?its not possible? and refused to accommodate for the reason indicated above. The slices do not come stacked together/preportioned (like the cold cut combo does) so there was no reason for her to refuse this other than exercising the little bit ofpower she has as a ?sandwich artist? lol Read more
