This evening I bought my first time in Toronto at "SubWay". The service that the waman gave me was awful. Horrible. She rush... me. Didn't toast my sendweech as I asked. And she let me wait so she can do the next costumer sendweech. (???) And she took fromme double payment. Instead 4 dollar, she charged me 8 dollar. I remember working here as a child and just how abusive the owners were. I once gave 1 meatball too many and they deducted that... fee from my pay check. Thats aside from being verbally abused, bleaching counters until the early hours of the morning. Makethe conscious choice and go elsewhere. Read more
Staff is badly trained. I spoke to their management (Megan) and she accepted the fact that here employees weren?t trained... properly. I decided not to get the food from this place. You just never know if they?ve been trained on food safety. Read more
While this location used to be good it has gone downhill of late. Messing up critical portions of Uber Eats orders such as the... bread when the customer is diabetic. As well they have now stopped indoor dining but did not make an effort to update their Mapsprofile. Terrible experience. Read more
Worst staff ever. I came in around 7.30 pm on Wednesday. The Idian guy did not say anything just stare at me like i did... something wrong too him , not even single word, he does not ask Me anything. I think they could be racist I always have to wait a long time to get service and the way they talk to to me when I?m ordering... like I?m annoying them they try to rush me. They are nicer to other customers when they walk in they get jolly hellos even holdwhole conversations and it really makes you feel unwelcomed if your a person of Color.
