This is the worst Subway in the path. I used to be a regular years ago but now I refuse to go here completely. They ration their... proteins and toppings like it is a food bank in Russia. It's almost comical at this point. It looks like my experience isconsistent with others here. Always ask yourself, why does this Subway NEVER have any line-ups during the lunch hour rush whileevery other restaurant down there has huge lines? Read more
This place is next to terrible. Customer service is the worst. The guy at the counter doesn?t even care what you?re saying or... asking. He just seems to do what he wants and doesn?t give sh** about the customer. Doesn?t know about what?s current offer andhave no clue, or just acts like he doesn?t know, about coupons and bluntly say it?s not valid and ridiculously asks for aprinted coupon when subway clearly says ?Picture of the code? is enough. Don?t know what will he do with a printed copy. All heneeds is code to put in his system - which subway governs and not this guy. Totally a disastrous place to be. I read thecomments from others and seems this is an ongoing issue here. Hopefully subway head-office does something about this store andthe way it?s being operated. Nevertheless, I have complained about this terrible and unfriendly behaviour to the head office.Will wait to see some feedback from them. Never going to this terrible place again nor would recommend anyone unless you want toembarrass yourself when asked for anything - especially coupons or extra veggies. My sub was great! They made it really well! Not too messy to the point it's falling off. I only gave it 4/5 stars because the... lady had her earphones on. After I left I turned around to ask for more napkins to only see her on the phone while helping outanother customer.... Read more
A standard Subway as far as the menu is concerned, however, a one star rating for poor service. The person handling my sandwich... was wearing headphones (clearly not a hearing assist device) and seemed more focused on music than doing their job. Read more
This is one of those special places chain or not, that deserve a 0 star rating. Firstly when I ordered I asked for Italian herb... and cheese bread. I was told they only had whole wheat or oat bread. However when I went to pay a new customer arrived and askedfor a wrap and was informed they only had the same 2 options plus Italian herb and cheese. When I said something they told me itwas the last one so it existed when I asked for it you know about 5 minutes before the other guy even arrived. Also the cheeseplacement was atrocious. Remember when subway actually cared about their product? They called themselves artists and I guessthey were in a way. Now they're all miserable and it displays in their work and attitude. I regret chosing subway but due to thelack of options on a Saturday in the immediate area. Do your self a favour and skip this place. Read more
Excellent service, they always make my sandwich perfect and it's always fresh. The employees are very nice and polite.
