Ughhh... See image... I'm pretty traumatized by this and won't be eating at Subway ever again. Something told me to lift the bun... and look in the sandwich and this caught my eye right away. So glad I didn't eat it. I wrote to head office and they didn't care(not surprised). Probably better to eat somewhere where a photo of an insect in their food would make them apologize to start.Let alone ignore it altogether. Read more

Showed up at 5:45pm on a Sunday to grab a sub. I tried to use a free 6 inch sub coupon and they said they don't accept coupons... after 5pm. I asked for the sub of the day and they said since they're closing soon they don't have the roast beef for it. Imentioned Google maps says they close at 8pm on Sundays and the girl said it's wrong and they close at 6pm. I disappointinglychose a cold cut instead and after asking for spinach I noticed the spinach was black. I asked for it to be removed and the girlPUT BLACK SPINACH BACK IN THE CONTAINER for the next customer. As you can see from the picture, she couldn't even pick all theblack spinach out. Lastly, I could chip a tooth off the cookies they served as they were stale and hard as a rock. Needless tosay, I won't be coming back here as it is not a Subway that will have you eating fresh food. I just purchased 2 salads and the guy who served me was so stingy while at other subway locations they don?t count every single... leaf of spinach and other ingredients. Just make if full buddy! I?m paying for it!!!! Read more
