I got a foot long tuna on Italian bread. The bread is at least a day old and stale, the lettuce is 50% brown and soggy. The... sandwich has a really odd odour. I threw it away because I did not want to get ill. Complete waste of money, I would avoid. Thisexperience has put me off Subway in general, I am not sure I will ever go back. Read more
Is it just me but all their meat tastes the same whether it is ham or chicken or cold cuts? Super processed and toppings are... less than fresh.It is relatively cheap though.The glory days of submarine sandwiches in Toronto of 20-30 years ago put thesemodern food factories to shame Quiznos,A1 submarine all were way better. It took them 40 min to prepare three sandwiches for us. This is not a fast food. They don?t know how to manage costumers? orders... and prioritize between an order of 20 sandwiches and a small order. Don?t waste ur time here! Read more
Great fresh subs, took 2 stars away because... Packed way bettar than they did the 1st time I ordered. They are looking for... ways to improve. We ordered 3 different types and none of then were marked.... so we had to open them all to figure out what itwas.... I've been coming to this location for a while now and I always have mixed reviews. Sometimes I get good service and sometimes I... don't. Today though I came in and there was no customers in the store but the girl working immediately started rushing me for noreason. I felt like she barely listened to me and didn't care how she made the sandwich, I asked for light mayo and she suits 3thick lines and just scoffed at me when I reminded her I asked for light mayo. To top it off after I paid I went to the car andshe didn't even wrap the sandwiches in the paper properly and didn't even bother to cut the footlongs in half. I was greeted with a smile. Service was quick. Only problem was staff forgot to give me napkin with my meal. On a side note:... the soap dispenser in the men's washroom is a bit high. LOL. Read more
Place is super clean and welcoming! Poor guy in there was alone and had a super slow customer. He moved everything along... nicely. Gentleman, even offered to get the door for the lady. Food looked good and tasted eve better. I'll be back! Read more
