The staff at this location are incompetent, rude and clearly management could care less. Regularly on Uber Eats they've... shortchanged me on toppings, I've ordered. After having this happen a couple times, I opened my sub to check it. There was NOcheese, yet I had orered EXTRA cheese. I called them and heard a female staff say in the background that I (the caller) wasliar. They are very close, so I walked in and had the manager open and tell me there was any cheese in it at all. He had toacknowkedge that thete was none and he had to make me a new sub. He had one female staff there, and I asked her who is the liarnow. He apologized, she did not. Today they cancelled an order on me, 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. I love SUBWAYbut the Kingston Road Upper Beach location is completely unprofessional! #StayAway Read more

Observed a rat climbing out from behind the garbage can a week ago. Watched it scurry to the back of the restaurant where the... food was prepared. Reported it to Toronto public health. Hopefully they can take care of this. Definitely discourages me fromreturning. Read more
Just ordered on door dash, $36 bucks 2 subs, that's fine but asked for extra lettuce and didn't get ANY on both subs as well as... no cheese. Sounds minor but it's very annoying for the price. Other than that the sub was good, delivery prompt. Read more
