Subway launched rice bowls. I was excited to try their latest menu addition. The execution needs improvement. Heating rice in... the microwave instead of having a rice cooker, is not the way to go for fresh and healthy. The rice after being 'nuked,' wasn'teven luke warm. It was not a pleasant experience, and I haven't tried any other bowl since. Good try to compete with TimHortons, but no, just no. The staff are not friendly, their as cold as the ingredients on the table. They're not rude, theyjust have no 'life,' no energy. The atmosphere is like walking through a graveyard. Quiet and sombre. A online order was placed, It took me about 7 to minutes to get to the store. There was an employee and a Man who appeared to be... management or the owner. The store was busy with only one employee and the other man stood there doing nothing. The employeetold me he would be a few minutes as they were busy. Again the man stood there doing nothing just looking on. I waited becausethis is not the employee they more staff. The employee served everyone in the store the proceeded to make a Sub which I thoughwas part of my order. NOT TRUE. The empolyee took the sub back to the man who was standing doing nothing. At this point I saidsomething and left the store. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEARLY THIS BUSINESS OWNER CARES MORE ABOUT BEING FED HIMSELFTHAN TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER. FYI TO THE OWNER: STOP BEING LAZY AND MAKE YOUR OWN SANDWICH. HIRE MORE PEOPLE IS YOU WANT SOMETO CATER TO YOU AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. Read more

Sent my spouse in tonight to get us dinner. Of which I ended up eating cereal thanks to the sandwich artist hearing my... Canadian club. He was throwing things around the store. Didn't ask if the sub was to be heated and ruined our dinner. I havebeen a supervisor before for subway and this would not of been tolerated. I hope the management and owners see this as well asmy message to corporate. I will find another Sub shop because y'all won't be getting another penny of our money Read more

Ordered an online pick up. Nothing was ready, meatballs partially frozen, I seen the worker top up the meatballs as soon as I... got there. Vegetables not topped up, empty trays.Toaster was broken when I arrived, so ended up having to warm it at home.Breadwasn't fresh either. I usually have negative experiences at this location, I won't be returning any more. Read more

I had an amazing experience when i visited the store. The staff is friendly mr husal treated me kindly as if i was their family... member, and the sub i ordered was delicious perfectly roasted and overloaded with steak and sauces. I will visit the store againand try all of the tasty subs i can get my hands upon. Overall a satisfied customer. Read more

Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery this evening. Footlong steak and cheese was on bread so stale that when they toasted it, it... became hard as a rock. It had no cheese and no condiments and probably half the amount of meat it should have. The second hamand cheese sandwich was also missing condiments and on stale hard bread. No one should come to this store or do not order online at this location. Worst experience ever!!!! First of all I ordered... online in subway?s app. When I reached at the store it was closed. They closed the store before closing time. Their allapplication was accepting order as I checked on uber as well. That means they just want money from the customer and don?t wantto give them their food. There is no support in the subway app so you can ask for your money back. I was so mad and I calledother day to the store as I already paid in the app. They were so casual and they don?t care about what happened to the customeras they don?t value the them and just doing business for money. I ask for manager?s number on call. I called to manager and shesaid ohhh so sorry it was emergency and we needed to close the store early. And she said you can come and collect your money orI will give you sandwiches. Okay Then, Other day which means today, I went to store to get my sandwhiches. The employee who wasmaking subway has no sence how to put cheese and how to make subway at all. So unhygienic. He was making two sandwhiches at atime one was chicken and the other one was veggie. He was not even changing the gloves. Anyway It was my worst experience tothis store. Please I request to all the other customer don?t go to this store at all. Read more
