Morning lady is grumpy all the time and seems to be having a bad day. I wish the best for her but she shouldn't be taking out... her problems on customers by being rude and yelling at basic questions. I had a delicious steak and avocado sandwich made by Rose on Friday. I only get a short break during lunch time so I always go... to this Subway because they?re very fast during lunch time. So bad service! I was charged full amount even though presented coupon. And later when I came back asking for refund of the $6... difference the manager refused! I know it wasn?t the manager?s fault for the wrong charge but she was not apologetic at all andjust gave me back my coupon and rushed me out of the store! What am I going to do with this coupon that?s been touched by somany ppl during Covid?? Why would I even want to make another purchase here? Read more
