This is the best Subway in Toronto for 1 simple reason: the staff. Chain restaurants are usually all the same, so it sure feels... great to be greeted with a smile and have someone prepare your food with care and attention to detail. Read more

Haven?t had Subway in a long time (years) and recently decided to start again. Did a mobile order and they forgot 1 of the main... ingredients found in the title of the sandwich (Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwich). When I contacted customer support they didn?tdo anything about it and said they?ll try better next time. So you don?t give what?s promised for the price and don?t even offera partial refund. Contacted them again and they ignored the email. Guess it?ll be a few more years until I step into a Subwayagain. Read more

I just walked all the way to this store & they have a sign up saying they?re temporarily closing at 9 instead of 10. How hard is... it to update your google listing to reflect that? Why must I physically be present to see that you?re closed? Will never buyfrom this location again. Read more

As far as subways go, in my experience, this is a decent one. Service has always been fine, I've never had to change my order... because they were out of something. It's clean as far as I can tell and never had an issue with my order. The work hoursposted on Google (and maybe the sign too I'm not sure) are not always respected. I've come here at 8:45 recently when the storewas supposed to close at 10 and they were already closed. I think when it's not busy in the evening they just close wheneverthey want depending on who's working, so watch out for that. Read more

To start with SOME of the staff is really friendly and some not so much... I work near by and go to subway often because their... isnt much around here for choices at lunch. Almost every visit they either dont have wraps, dont have bread, dont have a meat ora veggie -- they dont have ingredients etc. The latest thing that has been going on for weeks is that their POS system doesntwork at all. You cant scan your app nor can you tap for payment. They dont have that posted anywhere so you go to pay and haveto leave the sandwich behind or go forward with the order and you can "get your points next time"-- which doesnt happen. I dontblame the staff for this-- im sure they are frustrated as well, but this latest issue has gone on for weeks and the ingredientsmissing is constant. If you have to eat at this location be prepared to be disappointed with almost everything but the staff! Read more

Everytime I come for dinner, there is a single artist working in the restaurant. This means that if there is anyone in front of... you, you wait for each sandwich to be made and paid for before they start working on yours. The artist tries to do things asefficiently as possible but he can't be in two places at once. As well, don't expect a large variety of toppings on Sundayevening as the food order comes in on Monday and a lot of things are out. Read more

This subway location is close to both Queen Street and King Street and is in a newer building. The washrooms were extremely... clean, as was the restaurant. It was pretty busy at lunch time, and the sandwich artists kept it humming along. Pulkit mademe a fantastic 12" tuna salad. - I eat Subway everyday reviewer A Richard Trus Review Read more
