Just wasted time early morning Says open at 8 but not true
Had to say it was a weird experience. Went in for a late night sub and ordered a spicy Italian. The guy didn't ask me what size... and straight up asked to pay cash or debit at the terminal. Punched in the amount of $10 on the machine. I felt sketched so Ileft without continuing. Read more
Subway as a fast food chain is great. I visited this store yesterday to grab a veggie patty. The server was an Indian guy. I was... surprised to see that he was so hesitant to put toppings on my subway. I had to repeat twice and thrice to put decent toppingselse the subway won't taste better. It is a veggie patty I asked for..not just the patty with a bread. The reason given was"Subway won't fold". That seemed like a lame excuse. I didn't ask to overload but when making a Deli sandwich of any kind, youneed to get decent amount of toppings. I mean I had to repeat and ask him to put more toppings. Hope they can change thisattitude and provide a better experience to its customers. Read more

OMG what a cool heritage building this subway on Parliament street is located in. I missed it the first time I went by, but... found it the next trip. After a dispute with the "sandwich artist" a friend and I had to call head office while in the store and they had to direct him... to solve the problem. Was a waste of our time as well as several would-be customers who left during the incident. Will never goto this location again! On a positive note, I discovered the Mr. Sub down the street, which I really recommend. Read more
