Worst customer service experience. I bought a veggie pattie sub the lady that made the sandwich was very polite. When I arrived... to work and took some bites of the sub the veggie pattie was not tasting right. I tried to enjoy it because I didnt want towaste my break but I told myself that I didnt want to eat something that tasted bad. When I arrived to the location the samelady was assisting another customer but was eager to know what she could help.me with. I informed her that the sandwich didnttaste good and if I could have one without the veggie patty. She asked for my sub so she could inspect it. She informed me thatshe would not remake new one because I had ate almost half of it. I informed her that I just took couple of bites. She blanklysaid no sorry and proceeded to give the sub back. I asked her if I could have the managers number she stated she was themanager. I literally had to throw the sandwich paway, wasted my money.. I was embrassed never going back there again Read more
