OCT 23, 2022 My Daughter and I are hospitalized because of a relapse. There is not much to eat at night so we get a sub to... have in the fridge at night. We went to get a sub at 10:05. Extremely rude guy that works there said " we are closed. ". Isaid The store is opened till 11, and his response was " I don't care, I close when I want ". After pleading for just one sub,only meat and lettuce, nothing else ( could have been done in under a minute ) he just ignored me with all attitude. If I hadthis business at sick kids , this guy would have been fired in a heart beat. This continues to happen because there are noreprecautions for the new generation and there entitled attitude. 8th October 2022, evening. The guy is so rude, he shouldn?t be in the customer service industry at all. Shouting unnecessarily,... unhygienic with his gloves, and arrogant. A hospital is the last place to have such obnoxious staff. Parents who have had aterrible day seeing their children sick, shouldn?t have to deal with such self centred and mannerless people. October 5,2022 in between 8:45-9:00pm i purchased a Tropicana Juice. Soon after i grabbed my juice from the fridge i put it on... top of the counter and to my dissapointment one of your staff shout at me telling me to wait. I wasn?t even on a rush as iunderstand that he?s dealing with another custom. I asked him why was he shouting at me and he told me i tapped the juice on thecounter then i?m like i just put it in the counter i didn?t tapped it in fact i raised it and showed it to him just to let himknow that i grabbed a juice from the fridge but then he insisted i tapped it. But even so why was he shouting at me? Your staffis very disrespectful and a felt like he was a danger to other people because he couldn?t control his emotion. Today Is July 27 at 17:11. The lady was working hard and I saw a man behind the counter doing nothing while there.were lots of... customers. They should be keeping up with prep. I asked for meatballs and they had none. Read more
The store is located inside Sick Kids hospital. The staff is very friendly and polite. They even offered my daughter a free... cookie after she had her surgery! We will definitely be back next time we are at sick kids. Read more
Only one person working took over 10 min to make it to front of line. When my wife and made it to front of line to order subway... didn't have most of the things they advertised to eat so my Wife and I were left to make a choice we didn't really want.... Read more
Beware one of thier staff the guy is screaming and yelling loud to customer like he doesn't care even kids around..been working... in sickkids for 17 years and I never experienced this attitude of subway stuff..first time and he even pointing me and creamingand yelling loud..I don't think this is right for him to work inside sickkids hospital..he is so rude..first time ever thatsubway have this kind of staff here in sickkids..I was shocked that he does that creaming and yelling to customer with kidsaround..if you go read some of the reviews I think we are talking same guy..Nov 1 2022..hope the management will do something tothis matter.
