OH MY GAHD. The manager is very very rude! I feel so bad for their staff ???? This is an absolute abuse verbally and mentally.... Food is good but the atmosphere is definitely killing the mood. Very very bad. So bad. Read more

This is definitely not what a spicy Italian sub.Opening this sub after the long drive home was so disappointing. I would still... eat it but the crispy chicken sub is the worst sub you could ask for. Read more

Subway in general is meh. There has not been any innovation in years. Tonight I ordered the Italian BMT at the restaurant. I... don't think the standard cheese that Subway uses is the best for sandwiches. I asked the staff what BMT stands for and hedidn't know. That's ok, neither do I. I would definitely order in person vs through Uber eats or something so you can keep aneye on cleanliness etc. The store could take out some tables to create more space for customers in general; I think it might betight for a wheelchair or walker. The accessibility button isn't accessible with it being blocked with furniture. Read more

Have visited this place twice. The first time, it was an okay experience. Although the second time, the staff was like, we do... not accept subway coupons from the app here. So we ordered from the app to dine in there. Although ours was the first order tobeep on their machine, they prepared our order in half an hour along with other online orders (that essentially beeped afterours). When we finally got the order, the salad wasn't prepared well. They gave cold cheese slice. When asked to heat up thesalad so that we could have a warm salad dish, the staff rejected saying, "we cannot take it back over the counter". What doesthat even mean? First of all, you gave a salad that was not enjoyable even though you could clearly see that we were diningthere, and now that I am requesting to see if it could be warmed up for a minute, you're straight out denying? Anyway, that wasthe moment, my friends and I agreed that we would not visit this location again. Fortunately, A&W is just across the subway andwe live nearby within a walking distance. I ordered with uber eats and Just received a bottle of water and a pepsi zero(I asked for pepsi) And my rest of order was not... here. I called the restaurant to ask about it and they guy literally said,?the driver didn?t pick it up.? I literally had aminute conversation with a driver about my food and he said this what they gave. I mean how can the staff be so careless and ifthey did realize the other bag is missing. They should have tried to call the support for that. But I guess they just don?tcare. 0 stars from my end. The worse subway. Messy. Long Waite. Very nervous worker making my sand-witch and angry worker next to him who had so many empty... bottles and even places the empty back in the fridge . I waited a while to leave a review for this location. After experiencing not the best tasting subs, I decided to write a review.... First, this location does not handle the food properly - I have found on 2 occasions that their skin is touching the surface ofwhere the food is preped. I?m running errands along York Mills Rd. Decided to buy a footlong (...not actually one foot long if you are very observant)... for $9.39 plus additional charges for ?Extras? plus taxes. Each Subway location (like this Parkwoods Village outlet) is locallyowned and operated so service experiences may vary and your fav Subway may not be the place next door. I have found this to betrue of many nationally franchised operations so you get to reward places that treat you right. Remote ordering ahead with theSubway App is their preferred choice. That way everyone?s social distancing safety is maximized. My appetite is on a toastedItalian Herbs & Cheese (bread) Turkey sub with Mozzarella Cheese, all the veggies, sprinkle salt/pepper, and add a single lineof Sweet Onion sauce along the less than footlong delight!
