The pho is ok. We have eaten there several times and the meat quality is quite good. The broth however has no flavour at all.

I would give -5 stars if possible. Eating at this restaurant was a seriously infuriating experience 1) Food took about an hour... to be ready instead of 25 mins as told 2) when i finally get the food, theres hair imbedded in it 3) food not even that food.Pad thai was too salty with none of the sweet and sour Read more

We got no service provided. The server did not give us menus, so I had to take two after I took one for viewing, he did not help... us to wipe the table, we just ordered two items. They were NO1 PadTai, Seafood and PO1 Special Pho. PadTai was spicy, but themenu said that it was no spicy. The server did not give us utensils until we asked him to give it to us when the food came. Theworst part was we had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes while being hungry. If you just want to get something cheap, then thisis good, but if you want to eat because you are hungry, not worth it! Pho was really good. We also got the appetizer platter so was able to try many things off the menu and everything was great.... Prices were good. Read more

Pho was decent but bun Bo hue was not. The prices are a bit high for appetizers (12 CAD) for egg rolls?? Service is typical... for a family run Vietnamese joint so don?t expect much. It?s next to the Double Tree so convenient for travelers but nothingspecial. Read more

A nice and very clean place near Dundas square. The food selection is diverse with many Vietnamese staples. We tried the Special... vermicelli, Wonton soup, and Vietnamese crepe. The wonton soup had a great broth, and the wontons were filled with shrimp bits. The vermicelli and crepe all tasted authentic with fresh ingredients and a good value for your buck. The service was very goodtoo, there was only 1 waiter for the fully seated place and manning the phone for orders, but he was very quick with requests. Read more

Dined at T.&.C Restaurant in early September 2021 and enjoyed the pho and crepe. Well prepared, tasty, good portion sizes, fair... prices and easy going service. The decor suits me fine because it reminds me of the tasty and great value meals that I haveenjoyed in other simple and tidy spots that are starting out. And the projection TV so I could follow updates on Fernandezbeating Sabalenka to make it to the finals of the US Open is the way I like to enjoy my homey meals. Check it out if you are inthe area.
