DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! You will be scammed. When items are missed, you do not get refunded, you get ignored. I tried many times... to have this issue sorted but was told lie after lie. The quality of customer service is equal to the quality of the food?.Staff were incredibly rude. When I went to pick up my order, I was told it did not exist. After a few minutes of back and forthwith the incompetent staff member, they finally found the order. It was missing items, but nothing was done about it. Taco Bellalso makes it very hard to get in contact with head office for this very reason. They really don?t care. Read more
Crunchwrap supreme .. they put cheese on one side and meat on the other, the crunchy tortilla was soggy and they didnt bother to... close it properly. Worst crunchwrap supreme ever. I went back to tell them and they they shrugged like who cares ... I care ..and Wendy's is 500M up the road .... I will not go back to this joke of a taco bell. Read more
Inside the restaurant it was awful. Mess in the dining area as well as in the washroom. Just disgusting in the washroom. I still... ordered food because I was hungry, but to my dismay the amount of beef they put in those tacos were extremely minimal. Neveragain an I coming to this location. Just awful !!!!! Read more
This is one of the worst locations that I have been to in the area. I ordered bean burrito 2-3 times & it?s never fresh. The... bread and ingredients taste like the left over from the night before. Extremely disappointed & will never ever order from hereagain! Read more
As far as chain-restaurants go, this place is probably a hit-or-miss, trending more on the miss side. Ubered a meal, and not... only has the quality (and number of ingredients) gone down, but they re-use and give out the same packets of sauce. Saucescovered in grease, ketchup, or other fluids are passed along are definitely NOT appealing - let alone hygienic. Read more
Well, there is no option to select 0 stars!! I order vegeterian food from taco bell everytime. For the past atleast 5-6 times... they have been messing up my orders and giving me beef instead despite requesting multiple times to make sure that it isvegeterian. I live away from the store, and usually pick up from drive thru and they don?t even put receipts in the bag. No luckever trying to reach out via call either. Read more
Me and my friend ordered a value combo from this location and they gave us beans instead of beef inside of our tacos. We are... extremely disappointed at the lack of communication and service of this location. They did not inform us that they were out ofbeef. If we would have known we would have not have ordered anything. I feel like my money has been robbed. Read more
Basically once a month or so my SO and I order a party box to share? we went to order at this location and the lady was very... rude kinda shrugged us off at the window and they didn?t even put the tacos or anything in the party box (hard tacos) theyinstead got this giant bag and dropped everything in there? all the tacos were broken and had no hopes from the beginning aswell as there was hardly any beef in any of the tacos. Do not eat here they are rude and they are cheap on ingredients (shellstasted stale as well) I?ve been here many times but today is probably my last time.
